I ate at this restaurant several times until the end of 2025. The portions were generous and well-cooked, and Pietro at the counter was extremely friendly. It changed management at the beginning of 2026. I stayed at the hotel a week ago on a Sunday, and the restaurant was closed. From what I've learned, the new management is focusing on gourmet cuisine, with larger portions and different prices than the previous one. Frankly, I'm not convinced at first glance.

Lunch menu for €20 with appetizer, first course, second course, water, and coffee, located at the highway entrance, with ample parking. Everything was delicious and generous portions. Very friendly staff. What more could you ask for?

It's not a beautiful or quaint place, but it's certainly welcoming, clean, and the staff is very kind. What we ordered was delicious, in true Umbrian tradition.

Inspired by the good reviews, I decided to stop for dinner. I ate a practically cold and flavorless amatriciana and a medium-rare beef steak that was hard to cut due to its toughness, with 1/2 liter of house red wine. Total cost was €25, which I thought was excessive for a restaurant offering a workers' menu.

04/01/2026: Don't expect real pizza, a low base like a piadina without edges, even a simple margherita makes you really thirsty so we don't even have the leavening, the ingredients on the pizza are abundant, nice place, normal staff.
03/01/2026: Found it on Google, very nice place. I had the pizza, which was very thin but good and well-topped. Very good value for money.

05/03/2026: If you're passing by the lakeside in Montefiascone, you can't miss lunch or dinner at Morano. The quality, courtesy, and ambiance are wonderful. I recommend calling to reserve a table overlooking the lake.
08/02/2026: During a visit to Tuscia, we stumbled upon this place for lunch. Excellent selection of local lake fish, homemade but prepared to the highest quality and technical standards. Some pairings were perhaps a little daring for our tastes (like fried sardines with onion compote). The price was fair and appropriate for the meal. Courtesy and friendliness are the hallmarks of this place, which, unfortunately, was winter and prevented us from eating on the veranda overlooking Lake Bolsena. We'll be back another season.
