Fantastic staff. And very central location. The window in our room was very small. The bed was too hard for our taste.

Very central location. Friendly staff. Welcoming and clean environment. Good quality breakfast and restaurant. Room in need of modernization, but clean, warm and with a comfortable bed.

Alice was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all our pre arrival questions. All the Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel were kind enough to allow us to eat 30 minutes earlier than the normal half board start time for the Evening meal of 19:00 - 20:00, although we not able to enter the Restaurant until 10-20 minutes after 18:30, which was disappointing. The request was made as we do not like to eat too late.

The meals were very satisfying, with varied, carefully prepared and plentiful courses. Excellent service in the dining room. Professional staff but with a lot of empathy towards customers. Nice room but a little to the limit for 3 adults. Excellent location for walking but a little less so due to the distance from the lifts. One aspect that could be improved is the ski and boot room.

19/12/2024: We didn't stay overnight, but the structure also offers passing tourists the opportunity to have lunch at the structure. Affordable prices, excellent service, friendly and quick staff, private environment and clean and well-maintained location. It will remain a beautiful memory. Advised

20/02/2025: A nice place to eat well in a nice atmosphere. We had dinner with Forca, what can I say? Fantastic only flaw was a lot!! Prices are normal and adequate for the quality
