I can't recommend this hotel. The price is too high for the standard. The food isn't good. You can eat better and cheaper in town. It's surrounded by greenery, which is lovely. The only thing that's annoying is the highway that runs just below and is quite audible. With significantly improved food and more moderate prices, they could turn it around. It must have been really good under the previous management. Breakfast is OK for Italy. On top of that, constructive criticism falls on deaf ears, and then it's always the customer's fault.

The hotel and restaurants are surrounded by greenery. The room I was assigned was tidy and adequate for what I had been told. The hotel has one star, but it offers much more than it should. The staff has always been extremely kind and attentive. Furthermore, there is a buffet breakfast and free parking. There are several nearby trails for hiking enthusiasts. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Excellent value for money.

Wonderful!! A pleasant discovery
Surrounded by nature, this restaurant is a true haven of peace. The appetizers won us over immediately, and the first courses, generous and homemade, were simply delicious. The desserts, prepared by the lady, were also spectacular. After lunch, we took a short walk along the path that leads to the river, completing a truly wonderful experience. Special thanks to the kindness of Alessia and Marco. Highly recommended!
We'll also try the accommodation to enjoy breakfast surrounded by the peace.

The Al Verde hotel restaurant is located about 10 minutes from the Mandello lakeside. On the hill, in the cool, and truly immersed in nature. Very rustic hotel, well-kept, clean and well-furnished. Very beautiful are those many small details scattered here and there. Convenient parking for cars and motorbikes, play area, abundant and quality breakfast. The rooms are spacious with a view of sure effect. Satisfactory quality/price ratio. Promoted !!

Place close to the highway, but it does not bother you in any way. Clean rooms, with a view of the mountains. A place with a slightly difficult access due to the location of the facility - in the higher parts of the town. To the center of MANDELLO about 2.5 km on foot.
Breakfasts in a typical Italian style, very good coffee. Dinners in the hotel restaurant in a variety of styles. From pasta to various types of meat. In addition, a wide selection of wines and drinks. Very nice service, helps with the choice, will gladly advise.
A fantastic place to spend a vacation in Italy. A place friendly to animals.
