The best kebab in Pisa...but to say kebab is truly an understatement. The cuisine is a mix of Indian with Muslim influences...the bread baked in the oven on the spot is excellent...the kitchen is open...the atmosphere is not very sophisticated, the tables are spartan, but the freshness of the food makes it worthwhile not to go there for a romantic evening.

14/01/2026: Perfect restaurant, delicious food, fair prices, and very kind owners.
06/01/2026: I was the only person there at 12:30 on a Saturday in early January and saw only one takeaway order. Service was fast and the staff spoke serviceable English. Free still or sparkling water. My Pistachio Lassi was refreshing. I had the Chicken Thali lunch, which had a nice variety of mini-dishes. The flavors were rich, smoky, but a bit dry. My meal came to a higher-than-usual $26 including a €1.50 coperta. I'm glad I went but won't go back. I like New India better.
