Good food, but hygiene was definitely very poor. The smooth broth was practically water; it should have a little color, but it was transparent. One thing I love about hotpot is the ability to make your own sauces, but the owner insisted on making them herself, which ruined the experience a bit. She was definitely very intrusive. Afterward, I was afraid to go back to the sauce counter; she and the waitresses were always there, trying to do their own thing. Too intrusive 😅😅 I guess some people might prefer it, but just because you're European doesn't mean you're incapable of making your own. v.v Also, we hadn't even taken our jackets off and sat down before they wanted to take our order. We asked for a moment, they gave us 30 seconds, and they came right back. From the other reviews, I expected slightly better service. It's okay if you're craving hotpot, but the price is excellent compared to many other places.

On Christmas Eve, I was looking for a restaurant with my family and we settled on this one. We had a fantastic evening and a delicious meal. They guided us through creating our own sauces, and then we had fun cooking the dishes in the broth provided. I recommend taking your time and letting the staff advise you.

A wonderful experience, different and fun compared to traditional Asian restaurants. Good food, excellent options for seasoning your dishes as desired. Different types of broths, the mushroom one being excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. Recommended.

A well-kept venue with a super welcoming atmosphere. The food is top-notch, and the broth is simply spectacular. Linda was fantastic: kind, attentive, but never intrusive, and she made the evening even more enjoyable.

Even though we arrived late, they treated us with kid gloves. The flavors were phenomenal, and the tofu was sensational. I recommend it. The price? Excellent, as was the quality of the food.
