With over 100 branches in shopping malls, it was easily accessible and popular for those who loved the taste of sukiyaki and for dining with friends or family. Even though the original brand has closed down, the hot pot concept continues to be popular. Ingredients and taste: They have developed a variety of soups and dipping sauces, such as mala soup or the original soup. The service was excellent, and the staff took great care of customers. The owner also came to greet and take care of them. The food and vegetables were fresh, and the prices were very friendly. I would definitely patronize them again if I have the opportunity.

Wonderful experience. I already owned the one near Porta Nuova, which left me speechless. This one is even better. Larger spaces, much larger tables, even for two people, and more food options. The choice of sauce combinations is excellent. The waiters are very kind and helpful, always ready to add broth and change the paper on the grill. The owner is wonderful, always chatting with customers and, as usual, offering a digestif and coffee at the end of the meal. Classic all-you-can-eat pricing.

I've been coming to this hot pot restaurant for years, and my experience has always been extremely positive. All the friends and family I've brought over the years have also been happy and have become regulars themselves. I'm writing this because I'm saddened by the reviews. But anyone with a bit of insight will also understand that 99% of the positive reviews overshadow those few who simply want to dishonor me. The place is always extremely clean, and the quality of the food is excellent, and it's incredible, even considering the low prices. The staff has always been very kind and helpful. I've kept coming back for so long, and there's a reason why. Of course, everyone can have a bad day or a different experience, but in my case, after years of frequenting this place, I've never seen the situations described in some reviews.

I would go back. I went there for the first time today for lunch. I liked it; the staff was kind and attentive. The quality of the food was very good.
