If you like typical, homely places this is the right place.
Small family-run trattoria with few covers and no outdoor area, mother in the kitchen and son in the dining room, rather varied menu handwritten on a colored board.
The dishes are simple but tasty, the ones your grandmother could make if she were a good Ligurian cook.
Bottled wine only, nothing in bulk from the house.
The staff is very friendly and the environment is ideal for a quiet lunch.
The trofie with Albenga vegetables and shellfish are very good.
Fair price for what is offered.

A restaurant with first-class cuisine at very low prices. Handmade ravioli with various fillings using regional raw materials, plus wines at acceptable prices. The service was friendly and multilingual. The menu should be visually improved. I would like to come back and enjoy the original Ligurian cuisine again

At the beginning of September my husband and I came to dinner in this welcoming place, we ate lasagne with delicious vegetables, excellent wine and an apple pie that was so good that we had never eaten. The owner is very kind and helpful and then there were two girls in the room who were so smiling and sweet that they put you in a good mood. We will definitely be back and regards to all the staff. I highly recommend trying this restaurant also because there aren't any around like this anymore!!!

A nice traditional restaurant on the edge of Albenga's old town. The dishes are reminiscent of what would be on Nonna's plate. If you want to experience the real Italy, not the cheesy one in the tourist guides, go here. The menu changes daily, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable, and the wine selection is also large and excellently priced. The service is attentive and not averse to tourists and even speaks several languages. And that's despite the fact that it's mainly locals who frequent the place, and the local priest also sits in the corner and eats dinner there. There is also a large selection for vegetarians.

Il locale (relativamente piccolo) è all’interno delle mura del centro storico di Albenga. Il menù è esposto fuori, parrebbe cambiare quotidianamente. Vengono proposti pochi piatti (per lo più tipici) a un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
