Located in a very beautiful and characteristic square, the staff are always present, friendly, and helpful, and the food is very good. It deserves top marks, too. I didn't give it a rating solely because I expected less complex, almost gourmet, dishes from an Osteria.
The price is also that of a restaurant. I would suggest changing the name, as it's misleading...

FRASCATI - A trendy taverna, with outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful Piazza San Rocco, shared with other restaurants. We enjoyed the cacio e pepe, carbonara, and tonnarelli.
Delicious and traditional.
They had run out of breaded and fried lamb, so we settled on an excellent 2cm-thick grilled porchetta (it would be an appetizer) and some sautéed chicory.
Overall, not bad, perhaps a little too noisy, but given the local nightlife, that's more than understandable.

A lovely restaurant in the center of Frascati. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the carbonara (delicious!). We loved the tiramisu, one of the best we've ever had. The only downside was that the door didn't close properly; in fact, it had to be left open because the waiters were also bringing food outside, so it was a bit too cold.

Da 5 anni frequentiamo il locale di Luca ed ogni volta è come se fosse la prima!
Ci emozioniamo sempre di fronte alla sua amatriciana o a qualche piatto nuovo del giorno, la carta dei vini è infinita e la cordialità e la bravura dei ragazzi in sala lo rende, appunto, il meglio del meglio!
Se andate a Frascati e non vi fermate a mangiare qui, vi siete persi un bel pezzo dei castelli romani ♡

Un piccolo appunto sull'antipasto della casa ..per il prezzo abbastanza alto mi aspettavo porzioni più abbondanti
Troppa attesa per il dolce..30 Min per un tortino con cuore caldo al cioccolato sono veramente tanti..capisco che venga fatto al momento ma mezz'ora di attesa è eccessiva.
Tutto comunque di qualità e buonissimo.
