Locale molto moderno e carino ma purtroppo le aspettative mi hanno tradito.
Volevo mangiare qualche piatto tipico di Padova e leggendo il menù qui su Tripadvisor avevo già pregustato delle ottime pietanze. Arrivati al locale il menù era tutt'altro che interessante per quel che riguardava la tipicità: su 3 primi, 2 erano piatti tipici della Sardegna.

Siamo stati serviti con velocità e con dell'ottimo cibo, partendo con un antipasto offerto dalla casa di pane carasau condito con olio e origano.
Dopodiché abbiamo mangiato dei panini buonissimi!

I had dinner at this restaurant with a work colleague because it was close to the hotel where I was staying. The restaurant is very nice, welcoming with outdoor tables too. We ordered a good starter for two and then two picanhas with side dishes, the meat was good but both a little overcooked.
When ordering, the very kind and professional owner advises you on the type of wine to choose but we would have preferred a list of wines which isn't there.
Medium-high prices.
Anyway, worth coming back.

Years ago I was a very regular customer. Now I'm back after 2 years. Good beer but unfortunately they removed the Corserdonk (Belgian sweet red beer). Always friendly staff, nice environment, some of the best burgers I know (thank goodness the Chef burger remained, it was among my favorites together with the Lessinia and the Amatriciano). I appreciate the introduction of Sardinian dishes on the menu. I will definitely go back. Good choice for the lunch menu.

Proposed to us by the nearby hotel, as at the time we arrived hotel kitchen was not operating.
Very nice restaurant. Good value for money. Hamburgers are big size. Very good quality and variety of dishes. Specialty dishes from Sardenia (owner's origin) are fantastic. Owner and personnel are very friendly. Will miss the late night amaro with the company of Fabio (owner).

This year unfortunately we weren't able to go to our second favorite Italian region... thank goodness we found the Hosteria Moderna in Padua!! We weren't too hungry, but quite thirsty! We took a bottle of excellent Vermentino from Sardinia and a slice of chicken with baked potatoes and grilled vegetables to share for two. All very good! And finally...filu ferru (special).
