We returned to this inn in the center of Marsciano after a year, but the verdict remains the same: EXCEPTIONAL!! A true gluten-free paradise (my partner is celiac) with almost the entire menu available and truly delicious dishes in combinations and flavors! The Pecorino Marshmallows are noteworthy, the focaccias are delicious, and the first courses are top-notch! The cacio e pepe umbricelli with truffle are amazing! All "topped off" by the owner's "crazy" friendliness and the impeccable service of the other girls! Prices are well in line with the quality offered! Too bad I live 120 km away, otherwise I would go there much more often!!! Congratulations to Flavia and all her staff!

Excellent dinner, we were greeted with an aperitif of prosecco and a legume salad offered by the house. The dessert menu was spectacular, in addition to the other dishes.

We were passing through Marsciano, parked in the town center, and noticed this little restaurant nearby. We were greeted with a welcome aperitif, a small legume salad, and their truly special homemade bread. The chicory terrine with truffle eggs was excellent. The cacio e pepe with truffle was supreme, and the "Dark Chocolate Decadence" dessert was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend it.

SO HAPPY to have stumbled upon this place. We were on the E45 returning from Rome and at lunchtime we stumbled upon this place on Google, which inspired us more than the others, but without any expectations. ⭐️ We, two difficult customers: me, a vegan 🌱, and my partner, temporarily on a keto diet 🥩 As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us into a room with a view of the hills, offering us two glasses of prosecco and three legume entrees 🥂. Then the menu was full of varied choices, and the kitchen was very willing to accommodate both our needs. Lots of plant-based options, and modifications were made without any problem. The staff was incredibly kind ☺️, the food was quite fast, and there was a huge selection of wines by the glass thanks to the use of Coravin, which keeps every opened bottle fresh 🍷 The food was very good for this type of place, and to finish, they gave us two dark chocolates with our coffee ☕️ We were very happy to have eaten here, always smiling, thanks to the intimate, familiar, and welcoming atmosphere. Our lunch cost us €65 for two, including an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a glass of wine, a water, and a coffee. Nothing out of the ordinary 👌💰

We ended up here because the place we wanted to go to was fully booked, but we were really happy about it. Wonderful place, lovely service and amazing food! You can see and taste that the food is prepared with passion. Highly recommended!!!
