We had dinner at this Hosteria two nights in a row. The first was me and my husband with our three dogs. The second with a couple of friends. Nice welcome, even towards our dogs. Staff of friendly and histrionic women. Exquisite food. Definitely coming back.

During our week's holiday in Umbria, we visited many restaurants - but this one deserves recognition in terms of the quality of the dishes served. The best one we came across was spaghetti with truffle sauce - extremely aromatic. Worth a visit.

Let's start with the excellent food and the vast choice of vegetarian dishes, homemade pasta delicious! Everything is truly delicious, the quality of the ingredients is very high and the environment is convivial. The girls are wonderful, they helped us choose the best dishes and have a contagious energy! The cook, the crazy one, is truly a person with stories to tell and a lot of heart towards others, free to experiment in every dish. (go say hello!) Recommendation: Pecorino mashmallows (UNESCO World Heritage), Cacio e Pepe pasta, I think the best in my life, and berry cheesecake! Thank you girls for the wonderful evening, we carry you in our hearts! You are special! ✨

All the staff are very nice and nice, very helpful. We ate outside and it was very comfortable. Regarding the food I would say that I liked something like the fried cheese pearls, the ravioli, but not the carbonara, it doesn't meet my tastes. But it's a place you have to go to!

Experience beyond positive!!!!! chosen based on the positive reviews and I would say it's all true!!! actually personally I would say even better, fabulous welcome, kind, polite staff and a familiar environment, an ultra positive note for Shaghy the head nurse, I would say a well-prepared, polite person and excellent company!!! exquisite food from starters, first and second desserts...excellent!!! super place for gluten-free food recommended!!!! Eccellenza gastronomica in un posto del tutto inaspettato! Piatti creativi e dal sapore spaziale, uno dei ristoranti più buoni in cui ho mai mangiato! La cameriera e la cuoca sono le persone più cordiali, simpatiche e appassionate che io abbia mai conosciuto. Servizio curato al dettaglio. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Ristorante “Sapori nel Borgo”

24/08/2024: Among the most beautiful 2 days we have ever spent, lovely place, very kind staff, we ate a pizza in a fabulous pizzeria in Campello. We will definitely return
24/08/2024: Located on the top of a hill between Spoleto and Trevi, both the village and the convent offer a relaxing panorama! Not even an hour's drive from the main Umbrian cities, therefore convenient for travel. With both breakfast and dinner you feel pampered by the staff and chef Rosy's delicacies! Dinner is not included in the price, but I highly recommend it!!! We stayed in one of the apartments in the village, a real journey back in time! Spacious, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable beds (I have rarely slept in a bed like at home!), the bathroom is also comfortable. For breakfast you have to go down to the convent, I don't think it's even 100 metres, but I found it to be a pleasant morning walk! If you don't like morning walks, there are rooms at the convent too! For parking there is space for everyone, some parking just above the convent, 2/3 parking spaces immediately outside the entrance to the village, and then you can park along the walls of the village. We will confidently return here and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know Umbria and relax in the meantime!

29/05/2024: The burgers are excellent: excellent meat and perfect crunchy bread. The open kitchen and the use of fresh vegetables are a guarantee of quality and transparency. The owners are delightful people and always very punctual in respecting the agreed times, both for takeaway and for consumption on site. The place is a small pearl of the city: absolutely worth trying Highly recommended and highly recommended!
