I love this restaurant! The truffle carbonara is fantastic, and when it’s in season, I highly recommend trying the mushrooms from Monte Peglia. Once again, thanks for my culinary highlight of 2024: the salty apple dishes made with ancient Umbrian varieties.

Hosteria curata in ogni dettaglio, simpatica e familiare! La cuoca e la cameriera sono state molto accoglienti, presenti, ci hanno consigliato ma non sono state assolutamente invadenti.
Il cibo è BUONISSIMO, una commensale è celiaca e ha potuto finalmente mangiare di tutto senza restrizioni. Attenzione , professionalità e studio sì vedono in ogni piatto.
Eccezionale la tartare con l' uovo e la carbonara con tartufo ❤️

The Hosteria is always a guarantee! Discovered by chance in 2018 and remains at the top every time we return. The food is always excellent, the chef Flavia is always "crazy" and the girls on the staff are all "half crazy". We always feel at home here.

We went at Christmas, had a good meal, excellent service, even though they put us at a table that closed off access to the cellar, so one of us had to pass the bottles of wine to the waitress throughout lunch. It's a shame that at the end of the meal we had to escape, because the room was saturated with kitchen fumes!

Pleasant environment, kindness, excellent food.
I stumbled upon it by chance but I would definitely go back!
Right sized portions. Everything arrived at the table quickly.
Super welcome with a glass of prosecco and a tasty appetizer.
The girls are very cute, cheerful and welcoming.

The ambience of the restaurant may be a bit deceptive at first glance - it may not look quite as cozy as you would expect. But this impression is quickly made up for by the special flair created by the guests and the great atmosphere.
The food deserves a solid 5/5: local ingredients, excellent quality and absolutely convincing in terms of taste. I particularly liked the successful appetizer and the glass of Prosecco that was served as a welcome gesture - a nice start to the evening.
The service was friendly, quick and always attentive without being intrusive.
I can recommend this restaurant to everyone and will definitely come back.
