What can I say... Positive!! Nothing that wasn't in its place in the excellent dishes!! €40 well spent: first course ravioli, second course wild boar and chicory side dish, dessert, coffee, homemade liqueur!!! Exceptional flavors! Will definitely return.

We chose this beautiful part of Tuscany for a few days' vacation.
We've always dined at this osteria for the excellent quality of the food at fair prices.
A perfect menu choice! Pici, pork shank, sliced beef with truffle, an antipasto with local cured meats and cheeses, seasonal vegetables, and delicious desserts; all carefully prepared by expert hands. One evening we ate the fried porcini mushrooms...divine.
If we lived in the area, we'd be regulars!

We spent a few days in Pitigliano in August. My partner is vegetarian, and I usually avoid meat year-round to avoid eating at large retailers, but I wanted to try it here. We came across Hosteria di Pantalla at the recommendation of the nearby inn where we were staying. We recommend making a reservation: the first night we tried to go without a reservation, it was full, but by booking, we were able to dine there twice, as we had such a wonderful meal the first time. Silvia is wonderful—fun, welcoming, and professional, and excellent at suggesting what to order. The cuisine is excellent, with generous and high-quality appetizers, exceptional pici, and the rosemary tagliata is definitely the best I've ever eaten in my life. Since I don't eat much meat in general, it was a wonderful discovery. Living in Rome, it's worth the drive even just for a day trip!

This inn, located in the countryside between Pitigliano and Farnese, showcases a homely approach to Maremma cuisine. The menu is modest, with quality cured meats, cheeses, and cured meats taking center stage. The location is small, with a single dining room seating about 25, plus outdoor tables. The service is simple, embodying the spirit of a true inn, but attentive, and the prices are fair.
