Everything was wonderful. The fregnette alla boscaiola and the troccoli with guanciale, pecorino, and nettle were delicious, as were the arrosticini. The lady who served us was incredibly kind, friendly, and sweet; she even brought us two bruschettas to nibble on while we waited for our first course. The prices were truly very reasonable. What can I say? A dream. Thank you so much.

You look at it from the outside and think... oh, the place is cute, with a pergola in front and a convenient location along the street... Then you go in... and you enter a timeless place. A slightly retro atmosphere and a very homey feel, you actually feel welcome. The menu arrives, beautiful in its simplicity, in the handwriting, in the paper, and in the ribbons that compose it. You read the offer of the day, not particularly extensive, but just reading the names (and smelling the aromas) makes you say... I'll take it all! And so we did, at least for the first courses; we asked to bring them all. Basically, a rumba for the palate, from the farro ceriole (similar to fettuccine) with porcini mushrooms and sausage, to the orecchiette (giant) with provola and eggplant, etc., etc. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and truly friendly. The wine is also excellent. In a nutshell?... we're already planning to return as soon as possible.

A small and cozy place, with all the traditions of traditional Italian cuisine. The pasta with ragù was a delight: balanced sauce, perfectly cooked pasta, and that flavor that makes you feel at home. The steak was exceptional, juicy and full of flavor, clearly prepared with technique and good ingredients. The care in the selection of products and the respect for classic recipes are evident, making each dish worthwhile. The service was another highlight: the lady who served us was extremely kind, friendly, and had a genuine smile throughout the visit. A small, traditional place with a lot of heart. Definitely a place to return to.

They still exist: the old country inns where the owner herself is in the kitchen, with the family helping out if necessary. Here, even travelers passing through receive a warm welcome and immediately feel at home.

Mi domando come aia possibile leggere delle recensioni pessime su questa osteria. Lammia esperienza è stata perfetta. Al di là dell'ottimo cibo in questo locale ho trovato quello che cercavo ovvero un ambiente familiare e accogliente. Antipasto di benvenuto ottimo per poi proseguire con fettuccine alla boscaiola col tartufo e fregnacce asparagi, guanciale e pecorino. Ottimo anche l'ossobuco per non parlare della zuppa inglese!!! Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci tornerò!
