I can say, without a doubt, that this place is a fall treat. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious.

Highly qualified staff and management. It has its origins in the Partenio Regional Park. Located at the foot of Montevergine, it is the custodian of ancient traditions. In fact, it takes its name from the eponymous "Triton" fountain.

Amazing pizza. We had a really cosy spot at the pizza oven. Place was almost at full capacity on a Monday evening, almost only Italians (which is a good sign). Would really recommend

The food is good, the place is quaint, the service is courteous, the price could be lower but that doesn't mean you have to choose.

We've been wanting to eat here for a long time, and today we finally got to try "Tritone"'s specialties. The appetizers were excellent, generous with local cured meats and cheeses, along with bruschetta with truffles and porcini mushroom specialties. The first courses were excellent, but I especially recommend the pasta with porcini mushrooms and scamorza, cooked in a pan and baked in a wood-fired oven. I also recommend the dessert, which is all homemade, especially the nougat semifreddo. Prices are fair. Excellent service, friendly, courteous, and patient. Reservations are required to secure a table. The pizza is also excellent. Ample free parking is available.

We had lunch on Ferragosto. The à la carte menu was a party of seven; we chose appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. Everything was truly delicious. The staff was helpful, friendly, and eager to accommodate any of our requests. A positive experience that I highly recommend.

We went for lunch, a very traditional place. I personally liked it. The staff was welcoming and friendly, although they were few in number compared to the number of guests, so the service was very slow. The menu was simple, showcasing traditional local cuisine. The food was good, and accompanied by an excellent local wine. Parking was easy on the street. We ordered a cheese platter, a Montagnara appetizer (both shared), a mixed meat dish, and a steak with a pan of baked potatoes, plus a bottle of water and half a liter of wine. We paid €78 for two. They gave us complimentary amaro at the end.

Excellent, characteristic place, excellent hospitality, reasonable prices, good, plentiful, and authentic food. We will definitely be back! 👍
