A refined place is not within everyone's reach, the wines are expensive but looking at the place, the food is good and fresh especially fillet of fassona Piedmontese meat done properly and it is worth spending because the place is truly sublime and very clean

I always pass by it and it seems in a nice place. I'll go there as soon as possible

Nice place with lake view. Well-kept interiors and nice outdoor area. Unfortunately, slow service and food not up to par: bread not fresh, cauliflower cream with crumble, but the hazelnut crumble was practically non-existent. Tagliolini with porcini mushrooms with an excessively cheesy flavour. The strudel, however, is good. Excessive prices for the quality offered. Pretentious

One of the most memorable meals I had in Italy (and the bar is high). Every dish was created with flair and care. Wait time between each course is a while, but you’re in lake Como. So no need to rush Restaurant is quite a walk away from the main part of Varenna. But the view along the way is beautiful!

My wife and I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The food, wine, service and atmosphere was everything you want a local Italian hosteria/ristorante to be. 2 starters, 2 mains, a bottle of vino rosso and 1 shared dolce for 140 euro. Each dish was cooked to perfection utilising local produce and the flavours were awesome. The staff were also very accommodating in helping me improve my Italian speaking. Highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant! We were there on Sunday for lunch and for us and our friends it was an experience to remember, but above all to repeat. Excellent food, served with the utmost professionalism. Our host, Mrs. Norma, entertained us with class and grace, also telling us the history of her restaurant. What can I say other than THANK YOU!! ✨️❤️

Tuvimos varias comidas excelentes en la región del lago medio de Como y este restaurante estaba en o cerca de la parte superior de la lista. Se toman su tiempo aquí y es una verdadera experiencia gastronómica. Tres horas de vuelo en este comedor de piedra arqueada que era acogedor y cómodo. Gran carta de vinos, comida y servicio. Muy recomendable. Para tu información, vimos el restaurante rechazar al menos una docena de grupos tratando de conseguir una mesa. Comimos allí un miércoles a finales de septiembre. Realizar una solicitud de reserva a través de la página web. Le informarán si la solicitud es aceptada. No es automático. Estábamos alojados en Varenna y está a 17 minutos a pie del restaurante. Intentamos conseguir un taxi o Uber en vano. Tenga en cuenta eso si tiene una reserva.

Great spot overlooking lake, good food, reasonable price. Lake fish a speciality. Wine selection good. Friendly staff
