The carbonara was very well-balanced, delicious, the zucchini blossom with salami and gorgonzola was delicious, the tripe was special, the staff was always very friendly, it remains one of my favorite restaurants.
Update 25/07/24: The second courses are also excellent, both the vitello tonnato and the salntinbocca. I may be lucky, but I find some truly excellent places. The place is beautiful, the staff are professional, kind, and have infectious smiles. They gave us really good advice. But let's talk about the dishes: homemade rigatoni with pajata, delicious, the picchiapo stew that melted in your mouth, the ossobuco was very tender and flavorful, the tiramisu was also good, and the prices were fair, in fact, low for the excellent quality of the products. We'll definitely be back.

"Sellerio & belly 2: the noir of Roman cuisine"
A place with a name that seems to have come out of a yellow novel, and fortunately does not betray expectations - at least on the level of character. The environment is treated, with a vintage-intellectual touch that winks at lovers of good food and happy reading. Yes, because here you can breathe an air from the author's bookcase, but with the scent of the bacon that clears it in the background.
The cuisine moves safely in the territories of the Roman tradition: Carbonara well performed, Amatriciana Saporita, and a belly that gives reason to the choice of the name. The dishes are not distorted by pretentious reinterpretations - and this is a value. The right portions, neither miserable nor as a tourist restaurant.
The service is courteous, never intrusive, and even in the moments of fullness (which is frequent, a sign that word of mouth works) manage to maintain good efficiency.
Fair prices for the quality offered, perhaps slightly above average, but that's acceptable, considering the location and the tastefully crafted atmosphere.
A recommended address for those who love "cultured" Roman cuisine—not in the snobbish sense, but in the sense that tradition is respected, not just repeated.

It's not the first time I've eaten at this place, it doesn't deny the Roman tradition and it's like being at home. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food from the supplì, to the sea bream in a crust and sautéed chicory, to the tiramisu to finish. Recommended

Locale minimal e sala piccola gestita da una sola ragazza molto in gamba. Piatti ordinari e senza molta personalità. Alcuni particolarmente poco salati. Prezzi onestissimi. Si spende poco.
