We were warmly welcomed. The food arrived on time. The cooking and quality were excellent. Excellent service. We'll definitely be back.

I chose this place for a quick Saturday lunch. The location is somewhat overly Roman in its tradition. The menu is classic Roman; I chose paccheri alla gricia and saltimbocca alla romana, along with a Lazio wine. I also tried the picchiapo stew. The food was decent, the preparation mediocre, and the service fast and courteous.

I went there on a Sunday for a family lunch. Everything was very good, especially the carbonara, but it was a bit too rich and heavy for my taste. Recommended. Excellent value for money.

A fantastic restaurant serving traditional Roman cuisine! Beautiful location and excellent food. We started with a meat and cheese platter and supplì, followed by a carbonara that clearly deserves 10 out of 10. The staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Finally, a real hostaria. Not the usual tourist-oriented restaurants. Excellent food, authentic Roman traditional options, and excellent service. Last but not least, good reviews for the wine. We'll definitely be back.

14/12/2025: Characterful venue, lovely people, and impeccable service. A wonderful evening.
13/12/2025: The restaurant is located in the Romanina area and has private parking. The outdoor area was closed due to winter, but it's very charming with wooden tables nestled among enormous Buddha heads and small ponds filled with goldfish. The indoor area is equally beautiful, with seating at wooden tables (predominant throughout the restaurant) or on sofas with oversized cushions in designated areas. The menu is comprehensive and varied; we tried the fried food and pizza, and I must say everything was very good. Prices are average. Highly recommended.

24/01/2026: We celebrated my 30th birthday here and everything was perfect. A huge thank you to Carlo, the manager, for his helpfulness and attentiveness, and to Francesco and all the waiters for their impeccable service. The food was truly remarkable, with locally sourced ingredients and reasonable prices. Thanks again to all the staff, it was a truly positive experience!
04/01/2026: Great atmosphere and even better music on Xmas day. Food was all based on Tartufo and/or mushrooms which I do not eat so drank basic house wine (not the best)
