Very positive first experience. Nice place, quiet environment. The service was very friendly and they didn't make us wait long between one course and another. We really enjoyed the schnitzel, the cured meats and the giardiniera.
Medium/high bill but all in all it's ok, the quality of the food matters.

Typical old-fashioned Milanese trattoria, complete with a table set with a checked tablecloth....the starters are decent, among which an extraordinary tripe stands out; the risotto with ossobuco and cheek was excellent, as was the bone-in cutlet whose slightly pink meat was soft as butter. The desserts are good, a special mention goes to the sbrisolona cake with apples. Experience to be repeated.

Piatti in tipica chiave Meneghina con attenzione agli ingredienti e alle tradizioni.
Impossibile non assaggiare le orecchie di elefante (cotoletta), i risotti, l’ossobuco, la trippa e ovviamente la Cassoeula veramente tutti piatti di eccellente fattura eseguiti da uno Chef Meneghino che sa il fatto suo!
Consiglio vivamente di prenotare e andarci!
