Classic trattoria/restaurant with a typical menu. The lady is courteous and very kind. The cuisine is truly homely. Everything is excellent. The prices are average, but obviously they vary depending on the menu... we had a good time and will definitely return.

A welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The lady cooks whatever you want, just like at home. We've been there several times, even on days when they're closed, and she's always made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place is old-fashioned but cozy; in the winter, she even lit a fire for us, for example. Not for those looking for a stylish, modern setting; it's a simple, authentic trattoria.

07/02/2026: Are you familiar with the culinary offerings in restaurants these days? All sushi, steaks with Himalayan salt, photo-worthy gourmet dishes, trendy places to take selfies... Well, Dalmazio, thank goodness, is the exact opposite: an 80s/90s vibe, with pots on the floor and a large fireplace at the entrance. The Roman-style pizza is among the best I've ever had, the polenta with spare ribs is a spectacle, and the first and second courses are generous and authentic, with authentic flavors. The prices are definitely fair for what you get. In short, for a simple, unpretentious evening with friends or family, Dalmazio is the perfect place.
02/12/2025: Home-style cooking in a classic, family-run trattoria. Good value for money. I had the polenta... excellent. The restaurant is dated but very spacious with two dining rooms.

06/03/2026: We only had the breakfast provided by the hotel. Breakfast was good, but the same every day: cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, coffee, and a croissant.
