Hosteria Come 'na Vorta In Roma

The internal space is very small but welcoming, there will be 15/20 seats. Unfortunately when we went it was a rainy day, we called a couple of hours before but there was only room outside, with a gazebo and mushrooms, with all this we had a great time and ate very well, the girls were friendly and professional.

Excellent family and warm atmosphere...excellent quality/price....food really well served and very good in every course....

Everything is good and the prices are lower than normal... Friendly staff... Definitely coming back...

I know I have already talked about this restaurant where I returned as a guest of some friends. I decided to write another review (I'm not a fan of the genre) but I believe that all the staff of the restaurant and the owner Fabrizio truly deserve our praise. He delighted us with an excellent hand-cut pork butcher's ham, accompanied by crostini with liver pâté and boiled meatballs in green sauce, truly excellent. We continued with mezzeniche carbonara, pasta cooked al dente with crispy bacon (not all Roman taverns know how to cook this typical dish). But the real delight (besides the meatballs in sauce which I'm a big fan of) was the Venetian liver. A difficult dish, cooked to perfection, masterfully dosed with onions... in short, in Rome a true Venetian dish from the cuisine of the city of Venice in particular. Even the desserts are no less ricotta and sour cherry tart and tiramisu (good!). The incipit of the menu is also very nice: the description of a small historical curiosity: the description of dinner in ancient Rome. In short, a delight. And a special thanks to the restaurant staff: attentive to service, kind and very patient even with customers who are sometimes a little difficult. In short, we will return again because it is worth the trip!

Osteria MonteSacro is located in the neighborhood from which the tavern takes its name, in particular near the Parco delle Valli. The environment, both internal and external, is traditional, simple and welcoming. The menu, as you might imagine, features traditional Roman and Lazio dishes. The flavors are genuine, tasty, they leave you satisfied. The staff is friendly and attentive, the bill is right.

Everything is delicious, kindness and friendliness, simplicity... which means a lot. You eat in a small place but it feels like your own home kitchen. Typical Roman dishes done well.
