A HOSTERIA like in the old days, respectful of any intolerances and allergies. They don't accept lunch reservations for obvious commercial reasons. At lunch, you get a first and second course, side dish, and water for €12. In the evening, the à la carte menu offers sensational revisited Roman cuisine at VERY FAIR prices. I'm Jewish, and I found kosher food... even! 👏👏👏👏👏

What can I say? New things always surprise. Management changes, the new owner, a Michelin-starred chef, and the new family-run management. Abundant dishes, tasty, quality food, fair prices, and a talented chef and all the staff. Recommended

Excellent pasta, especially the cacio e o pecche which gives the name to the restaurant, the cremetta was delicious. Typical cheap place to have lunch when you are at work and in fact it has 3 cheap menus. Simple place like the service.
