We had a wonderful experience starting with an explanation of the procedure and the meal we’d be enjoying. Georgio is a master chef and patient teacher and his sister an expert translator. We peeled eggplant, rolled pasta, and smelled the delicious sugo bubbling away on the stove. It was a delight of the senses! We laughed and bonded over our love of cooking and food. This was a memorable way to end our trip to Puglia. Georgio and his sister were so accommodating and super friendly. Thank you for such a lovely evening and delicious dinner. We’ll be back!! ❤️

The experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The food is delicious; if you're looking for Puglian specialties, you can go there with your eyes closed. The price/quality ratio is excellent! And what honesty! The manager chased us around Lecce to make sure we hadn't paid twice. In short, don't hesitate for a second if you're in Lecce.

Perfect place good to learn Italian cooking tradition

Fantastic place. You can learn to cook real traditional dishes from professionals. Great atmosphere like visiting your own long not seen family. Highly recommended for people who are interested in food and cooking. Many thanks for great time we had here in April.

My mother was Italian and a fantastic cook. Her sauce was something in which she took great pride and many friends of mine would ask her for the recipe. In all my life I have never had a sauce (we called it gravy) that was something like my mother’s. I asked for bread just to dunk it in the sauce I made with Giorgio. My cooking class with him and his whole family was a once in a lifetime experience. I’ve been to cooking classes in Italy on previous trips but nothing compares with that the class at Alle Due Corti in Lecce. I’m a pretty good cook, but I learned some great techniques and new recipes. We spent four hours with Giorgio and got to share the fruits of our experience. This has definitely been the highlight of our trip to Puglia. Mille grazie Giorgio e Mariella.

We spent a wonderful day preparing handmade pasta according to the most ancient Salento traditions in our Cooking Class in Lecce. After preparing in the kitchen we ate very well. The environment is truly family and fun. We hope to return soon.

Delicious food and memorable cooking class. A beautiful holiday lunch in a cozy and elegant setting. Some of us even took a cooking class and cooked with the chef. I ate cookies waiting lunchtime. Giorgio Grassi is a friendly chef who shared many stories about the recipes he prepared. We spent a lovely day and were welcomed as if we were in a Lecce home. A very unique Restaurant, an immersive and emotional experience.
