In questo posto ci si deve proprio andare, location tipica friulana, a pochi km da Udine. Hostaria gestita dalla Chef Barbara, stupenda interprete e rivisitatrice di piatti regionali e non, ama usare prodotti per i suoi piatti da aziende locali. Finally we did it, after some time we returned for the "Farmer's Dinner" and it resulted in one of the most beautiful evenings of recent times, certainly thanks to the company, the suggestion of timeless dishes, but also the service and above all the rustic atmosphere that can be felt in this place. There are places, environments that know how to awaken in me ancient memories, atmospheres of my childhood, perhaps lost fantasies, the Alla Vecchia Pesa tavern had this impact.... Here I found that atmosphere, those aromas of the dishes that take me back to the true Friulian cuisine revisited and revised with mastery and wisdom.....a welcoming environment, kind, attentive but discreet staff. A note of merit for the tagliatelle with venison, delicate and tasty meats and finally some truly inviting desserts. The attention paid to the preparation of the matching dishes it makes a dinner even more inviting and pleasant in this environment. It's one of those places that already makes you want to go back....

Having arrived somewhat by chance and on the advice of friends, we were welcomed by Elena, Elisabetta, Dora and all the rest of the staff with appreciable hospitality and kindness. They made us feel at home in a convivial, rustic environment but with an authentic and characteristic flavour. Costs in line with quality. The dishes are a real surprise: delicate and genuine flavours, impeccable preparation and presentation, a true apotheosis of flavour.
