Hosteria Alla Vecchia Pesa is one of those places that immediately makes you feel at home, and then completely wins you over with its food. From the starters of local cold cuts and cheeses to the first courses of the Friulian tradition, every dish is well prepared, generous, and made with excellent local ingredients. The main courses change with the seasons and let you try both hearty traditional cuisine and slightly more creative dishes, always well executed. The homemade desserts are excellent too, and so is the wine. The atmosphere of the osteria is warm and welcoming: the rustic interior, the village of Orgnano, and the friendly service create the ideal setting for a dinner with friends or as a couple. The staff are kind, attentive without being intrusive, and know how to recommend both the daily specials and the wines to pair.

Good, well-presented dishes, made with quality ingredients. Service is certainly courteous but tends to be slow. Nice location. Prices are a bit high for the quantity.

Excellent food, very attentive and courteous service. A small tribute to the love shown for the cuisine and its customers. Perhaps a little too much hanging from the walls and ceiling, but that's personal taste. Improving on excellent? It's possible! Perhaps with a wine list by the glass and not... Compliments to the entire staff!

Excellent trattoria with a rustic yet refined atmosphere. Excellent traditional dishes and a wide selection of local wines. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant is meticulously maintained. The staff is truly friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and beautifully presented, featuring some homemade products and several unique vegan options. There are also some off-menu options featuring seasonal ingredients. A wide selection of wines. Prices are average (€3 cover charge, €3 for a liter of water, €13 for a carbonara dish), and the cold cuts and giardiniera are top-quality. The only negative: We arrived at 7:00 PM on a Friday evening, saying we hadn't booked and would it be possible to have dinner? They said yes, but next time we'd call. We sat down, ate dinner, and at 7:50 PM we were told the table was booked for 8:00 PM... so we left without coffee and dessert... and in a hurry. We left on a sour note, given that everything had been perfect. We'll definitely be back, but with a reservation, of course.

Wonderful place in a small town. Wonderful welcome, very friendly staff. Perhaps the only downside is the slightly high price for a place in Orgnano.
