The truffle tasting dinner was spectacular! The parmesan and truffle tortelli exceeded everyone's expectations. The owner was incredibly kind.

My girlfriend and I came here for dinner on Thursday evening. What can I say, this restaurant is truly a must-do, a must-visit. Refined and original cuisine. The price wasn't excessive, considering the quality offered. I'm a chef in France, and if you're looking for good, dark-colored food, this restaurant is a gem, a jewel in the heart of Cagliari. The server was very friendly and attentive. Thank you very much.

Excellent.. Truffles are the specialty of this restaurant, excellent delicious dishes, refined and carefully prepared by the chef.. the wine cellar is well stocked and diversified and the staff is courteous and helpful.. I highly recommend it.

Unbelievable dining experience with Andrea, our kind server. Hostaria via Ameilia has the most incredible food, extensive wine menu, and attentive service. Hands down.. this is the best meal you will have in Cagliari -suggest the a la carte menu. The flavors are exceptional and portions are generous! Grazie mille

We went for dinner for the first time in this restaurant that immediately appears very relaxing with few seats. I give 5 stars to everything from the service to the food that was delicious in every course and with excellent ingredients ... we took the tasting with truffle .. everything really super accompanied by a very good Emilian wine obviously .... I highly recommend it and I renew my compliments. We will definitely return to taste other delicacies

19/08/2025: We booked for Ferragosto, certain of previous experiences where we had a great time, I must say that the place is really very welcoming but, this time we didn't eat well at all, apart from the grilled fish which was really very good, the rest was not great both in flavour and quantity, minimal appetizers for 5 adults a dish of mussels in white with no flavour, not to mention the fregola and the paccheri, raw, and the flavours non-existent a dish on top of that for 5 people I find absurd, the only positive note was the service excellent, shame we expected something more as it has always been 😞
17/08/2025: While on vacation in Cagliari, we discovered this restaurant, Da Paolo. We were greeted by smiling and welcoming waiters and waitresses. The well-maintained, airy, and bright atmosphere and the dishes were prepared with skill and, above all, love. We ordered the Sardinian fregola and the fried calamari, which deserve praise. It's a restaurant you'll want to return to again and again.

23/06/2025: Pleasant location and close to the sea, very attentive and precise staff, the menu includes both sea and land with a particular eye on Sardinian cuisine, excellent spaghetti with shellfish and crustaceans, fregola and very good grilled fish but also other things that I won't tell you, go and try...
17/06/2025: Nice restaurant. Pizza was okay. Value for money was decent.
