We went for Sunday lunch, quality food and excellent service. We opted for the tasting menu with truffles.

Location: small and welcoming place, parking in the area is a matter of luck. SERVICE: the very kind and friendly waiter impeccable service and accurate explanation of the products and dishes. FOOD: perfect truffle tasting menu, all courses designed to blend with the flavor of the fresh truffle flakes placed on top of each dish. If truffles, cheeses and tortelli are tasty, you can fully enjoy them here.

Exceptional discovery of Hostaria Via Aemilia, a typical Emilian restaurant, spoiled for choice! I had dinner with two friends, one of whom was from Modena, and she was really impressed by the excellent tortellini. We tasted: - fried gnocco with 30 month old Parma ham and squaquerone - meat tortellini in capon broth - Pumpkin tortelloni with porcini mushrooms - Double yolk tagliatelle with ancient recipe Bolognese ragù, cut with a knife, with selected Bianca and Mora Romagna meats (SlowFood Presidia) - Valsamoggia mascarpone cream with pieces of Barozzi-style cake - Homemade ice cream with roasted peanuts and salted butter caramel Everything was really delicious and according to tradition, a welcoming place and a truly kind and professional service.
