The best hazelnut ice cream in the world!

Exceptional discovery of Hostaria Via Aemilia, a typical Emilian restaurant, spoiled for choice! I had dinner with two friends, one of whom was from Modena, and she was really impressed by the excellent tortellini. We tasted: - fried gnocco with 30 month old Parma ham and squaquerone - meat tortellini in capon broth - Pumpkin tortelloni with porcini mushrooms - Double yolk tagliatelle with ancient recipe Bolognese ragù, cut with a knife, with selected Bianca and Mora Romagna meats (SlowFood Presidia) - Valsamoggia mascarpone cream with pieces of Barozzi-style cake - Homemade ice cream with roasted peanuts and salted butter caramel Everything was really delicious and according to tradition, a welcoming place and a truly kind and professional service.

We had lunch several times at the Hostaria Via Aemilia and each time we ate different dishes, all excellent, dishes made with raw materials, the comfortable environment and the very kind staff.

You will find the flavor of Emilia in Cagliari. Excellent ingredients cooked in an excellent way.

There were eight of us there and we had the truffle menu - absolutely great! Pleasant and courteous service, an excellent and nice wine selection. A very nice evening, absolutely recommended!

An exceptional time from start to finish. Managed to get a reservation despite it being a very busy night. So thankful they were able to fit us in! Each dish was filled with freshly saved truffle that me and me and my boyfriend absolutely adored for our anniversary. Amazing experience thank you to the staff at Hostaria via Aemilia.

Incredibly good food!!! A bit remote and inconspicuous from the outside, it was the best meal we had in Sardinia. Great atmosphere and an incredibly nice waiter. We had the traditional menu, but it can also be ordered a la cart. It's worth a visit!!

The tasting menu with truffle was a real treat. It's wonderful that you had such a good experience at the pasta restaurant. A price of 110 euro for two is certainly a factor to consider with no alcohol. Overall, it seems like the restaurant provided a special dining occasion. Perhaps it's best saved for a celebration or a night out when you want something truly memorable. Was not very busy despite all other places being fully booked so maybe try as a backup option or go if you love truffle

We had the truffle tasting menu, it was very, very good. Every course was great. I'd be happy to come back when I'm in Cagliari again

Absolutely fantastic restaurant, the pastas are worth eating and crying for more. A must-see for anyone visiting Cagliari.
