Carefully selected ombre, top-notch cicchetti, and a friendly atmosphere! We stumbled upon this bacaro by chance, and after trying it several times around Vebezia6, we can safely say it's our favorite. Thanks to Puppa, and greetings from Jimmy the Tuscan and company.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the cicchetti selection is excellent, and the craft beers are unique and delicious. What more can I say? Oh yes, the music is always excellent!

The cicchetti are far above average in quality. Excellent ingredients. Excellent natural wine research. Friendly and authentic service. A refined and charming location. Worthwhile. A precious discovery. A must-see in Venice!

If you want a race-ready drink and a good glass of wine at the right price, you can't miss this place!

Nice little snake by the water. The open-faced sandwiches are excellent. They clearly have a nice wine cellar, but I didn't try it.

We had ciccheties at a few places in Venice, and this was by far the best. It was both tasty and felt authentic and unmarred by the flooding of tourists. The prosciutto was also wonderful.

I'm a tour guide, always looking for places to enjoy a good time, eat, and drink well, and to guide my clients. On Sunday, September 14, 2025, I visited this osteria at the suggestion of a friend. I called because lunchtime was approaching and I wanted to secure a table. The host kindly told me he didn't accept reservations. I soon understood why: I discovered a charming place with only three tables along a very quiet canal (despite being just steps from the station)... and a few seats inside. I arrived and, while I was choosing my food, a couple sat at the table I had requested, without introducing themselves to the host or asking for a table. He, firm but kind, reiterated to the couple that the table was for me and my son. I chose some delicious pickles: - Sardine in saour (onions, raisins, and vibagrettes) - Prosciutto, Brie, and pistachio - Capocollo with confit onions and Parmesan - Blue cheese and salted dark chocolate Recommended by some neighbors, we finally ordered polenta with creamed cod. Everything was delicious. Note: The salted dark chocolate was fabulous! I ordered a glass of fruity wine, delicate and with fresh citrus notes. The restaurant offers quality cured meats, cheeses, and wines at reasonable prices.

me and my friend visited this place twice. both times we had delicious and diverse food and also the best wine in town. Nick was great and we can’t wait to come back!
