A very, very nice place, a quiet, welcoming, and well-kept restaurant. The staff pampers you. The food? Choose your favorite from the menu; everything is delicious and fresh. Meat? Fish? Everything is worth trying. The pizza? Very good. You'll leave feeling full and happy. This is a place I recommend.

20/01/2026: What can I say about this restaurant overlooking Lake Bolsena? The view alone is worth a stop at Carpe Diem. Pasquale, the manager, is truly a very special person and makes you feel right at home. I found in this restaurant the attention to detail, the quality of the product, and a welcoming atmosphere that create a perfect balance. Highly recommended.
