Got a bonus on the website (you can see it in the photo) — decided to treat myself to dinner. The pasta was simply excellent, and the evening instantly felt festive.

The first courses were good and plentiful, and the second courses were good.
The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was a bit rustic, which, in my opinion, wasn't the best.

The highlight of this place was the soft play the lovely girl doing face painting (which is the reason for the 2stars for atmosphere,). The food was pretty average and not the best for the price. The service was the worst part! The main waiter who took our order was rude, abrupt and made us feel rushed like they had a restaurant that was full and needed the table back(it wasn’t.) we kept having to ask for things that we didn’t have & then felt like we were putting him out when we did. The rest of the service staff were at least a little more polite but sadly the experience was ruined from the offset by I assume the head waiter. I would suggest trying someone else before here.

I've been going to Nonna Nella for a few years. They've recently renovated and the space is larger, more kid-friendly, with a great playroom. The food, however, has lost its quality, including in terms of presentation and portion size. Service is quick, and the waiters are friendly and helpful.

The outside tables are a bit noisy, obviously because they're on Viale Trastevere. Inside, the atmosphere is charming, reminiscent of Renaissance Rome. The pizza and cod fillet are decent, but there are better. The pasta and chickpeas are very good, thick and flavorful. The tiramisu and grandma's dessert... well, really. The waiters are very friendly.

I really liked the service — the staff were polite and attentive, everything was served quickly, and the dish itself was really delicious! The pizza was flavorful, made with quality ingredients, and the dough was perfectly baked.
By the way, I counted the calories using the service shown in the photo — it turned out to be super convenient and quick. Now I recommend everyone try using this calorie tracking service — it makes it so easy to keep an eye on your diet.

We went to this place thanks to The Fork. The staff was friendly, but the location wasn't great. We sat outside and there were people smoking, which wasn't good. The food was good.
