I chose this restaurant because it is listed in the Michelin guide. The service is excellent with napkins and properly dressed staff. The service is quite fast. The dishes are successful. We're not exceptional but it does the job

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the dining experience I had at Hostaria da Cesare in via Crescenzio, Rome. The welcome was impeccable and the dishes were truly refined, both for the type of dishes offered and for the quality of the raw materials.
In particular, I appreciated the artisanal pasta made with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, which has an extraordinary flavour. The vegetables were also delicious and fresh, helping to make the whole dining experience memorable.
It is clear that the preparation of the dishes is the result of great care and attention on the part of the kitchen staff. We couldn't have chosen a better restaurant in the area. I highly recommend visiting this place for an authentic Roman dining experience.

I tasted too little to be able to give a complete opinion, but the dishes that both my friend and I ordered were very good, even if not very abundant considering the price.

We visited the restaurant today after reading the many reviews. Unfortunately, we left disappointed with both the place and the food. A margherita pizza indifferent.a cacio de pepe pasta not very tasty with very little amount of spaghetti.so are the pappardelles with ragout.
The prices are too high for what it offers..

To our regret, we discovered this restaurant on the day of departure. This is the most delicious food in Rome that we tried during our week of stay. Complete delight - artichoke, soup, assorted seafood, dessert, wine and beer! Fresh food, mysterious recipes. I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy it! I will return to Rome just for this menu! The owner and his family were dining at the next table, which explains the quality of the food and service! Success and prosperity to the establishment. I highly recommend it!

Этот ресторан нам посоветовал хозяйка отеля,в котором мы остановились, почитала отзывы и чуть напряглась, но это был самый близкий вариант для ужина, поэтому решили рискнуть , в итоге было восхитительно, все блюда невероятно вкусные. Правда бокалы были недотертые, но можно все простить за такую вкусную еду . Еще бы пришла в этот ресторан
