The trattoria uses pieces of Chianina PGI. Dishes based on white truffles. We tasted an excellent Chianina supplì and a dish of thinly sliced ​​artichokes and fennel served with a mustard sauce. A plate of pappardelle with venison sauce and a delicious sliced ​​dish with porcini mushrooms. At the end, an exquisite tiramisu. In the evening they make pizza!
