I wasn't thrilled, we had a mixed fish appetizer, too much vinegar, everything tasted the same, the tuna/swordfish were the same... Terrible service... I had already been there for a meal... I wasn't satisfied with that either

I assure you that this is unique in the entire world ... there is nothing like it anywhere in the world ... this is a cultural gastronomic heritage for the maintenance of which we must thank the brothers of Alessandro who have continued the tradition of the great BAFFO (father) who still today truly moves us .... a huge thank you to all the staff who allowed the great success of the evening. everything perfect all the courses arrived on time the impeccable waiters contributed to the great success of the evening with the inhuman speed of the hour .. all the courses arrived on time ... to the oystermen, that is those who opened the over 4,000 oysters goes a deserved thanks starting from Maurizio who is the most known by the customers and other very close relatives who killed themselves to open all those oysters and it is not easy at all. in short this year not only has the great success already accredited been repeated but it has exceeded all expectations. this year has been the perfect storm. everything it went perfectly all the courses arrived without waiting the oysters came and went at will a feast of lustful libido of the pleasure of the palate..... National popular restaurant that has not renewed the furniture, but where you eat very well both fish and meat and everyone is kind and smiling. I like it a lot!

Historic restaurant in Rome opened in the 70s by the legendary Baffo and Signora… after all these years they still manage to guarantee quality and high-level hospitality…. Thanks to the staff and the sons who are now owners, Michele, Maurizio and Stefania. Outstanding food and lots of friendliness

It was late before the restaurant would close, but the very friendly and helpful English speaking waiter was kind to help us in our choices. We got lucky. ))) The best pasta and calzone we had in Italy within 1 week of our stay in Italy. Very tasty desserts. We would come back again, but had the airplane the same night.

Sono sicura che in cucina ci sia un cuoco e non uno chef. Uno che sa il fatto suo, che ti cucina bene un pesce freschissimo, una paranza viva, certi gnocchi fatti in casa, con funghi, che ti si sciolgono in bocca. Insomma uno che cucina roba buona . Prezzo onestissimo, servizio veloce, osteria di quartiere come una volta, quando c'erano i cuochi, nelle cucine. Non gli chef nelle brigate....
