I stumbled upon Hostaria Pantheon by chance, and I’m so glad I did. When no outdoor seating was available, our server graciously seated us inside until the perfect table opened up outside. The food was wonderful, the service quick and attentive, and every recommendation he offered was spot on. This dinner was the perfect way to end an unforgettable day in Rome after exploring so many incredible monuments.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hostaria Pantheon! Every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. I want to give a special shout-out to the team for their amazing service — they went above and beyond to make the evening special for my girlfriend’s birthday. I spoke with them to arrange a surprise, and they were immediately happy to help. They prepared a beautiful cheesecake with her name written on it, brought it out with candles as a surprise, and even sang to make the moment extra warm and memorable. Everything was perfect — great atmosphere, delicious food, and genuinely caring people.

Food absolutely OK. Location fantastic and the evening rather spoiled by the strong pressure to tip at American levels. I wouldn't go back simply because of the high pressure to tip.

Tuvimos la comida más maravillosa. Este restaurante tiene una vista increíble del panteón; usted está ITeralmente en las escaleras de él! Tienen una hermosa terraza con sombra o asientos muy cómodos en el interior. La comida era deliciosa - tuvimos la pizza, pasta y ternera. ¡Todo fue divino! La carbonara era especialmente bueno. ¡También el tiramisú! Tuvimos gemelos y un niño pequeño y el personal era muy amable y dulce con los niños. Angelo que nos cuidó definió un camarero de carrera excepcional - era amable, conocedor y no podría tener más ayuda si lo hubiera intentado! Ve aquí y no te decepcionarás : - )

11/11/2025: You must book in order to get a table most nights. Food delicious and genuinely cooked to order, so allow time to enjoy. Only a very small place, limited tables.
10/11/2025: I didn't make a reservation, but there was still a table available when I arrived at 7 o'clock. I had three dishes: pistachio pasta, fish roe pasta, and apple sea bass. They were all delicious, but the apple sea bass was especially delicious with its refreshing balsamic and apple flavors, and the pistachio pasta was also really good. The fish roe pasta was tasty, but a bit too salty. It was my last dinner in Rome, and I absolutely loved it. Since it's a restaurant run by Matpia, there were a lot of Koreans there! Thanks to him, I had a great meal. It's a bit far from Rome's tourist attractions, but it's worth the trip!

05/10/2025: Excellent food! Seared teriyaki tuna with sesame was simply DIVINE. Some tartares, like the tuna and mango one, had perhaps too much sauce and tasted only of mango. The rest was very, very good! The service was poorly organized; the oyster arrived at the table next to ours just as we were about to order coffee.
