We stopped by this restaurant for lunch again. Nothing to complain about the quality of the food, but the prices are high for the quantity, not to mention the wine, which, if ordered by the glass, is sipped at €6.

We tried the sardines with polenta for lunch today.
Perhaps it was a coincidence, but my wife and I found it very difficult to digest.
Having never tasted dried and salted sardines before, I didn't know what they would taste like, but this one didn't inspire confidence.
€43 for a dish with two sardines and two glasses of white wine is frankly too expensive to end up sick.

Excellent end-of-season dinner at the Milago restaurant! Both the tagliatelle with migole ragù and the casoncelli bresciani were delicious: we couldn't resist mopping up the bread with the pasta!
The desserts were also delicious.
Prompt and friendly service.
Excellent value for money.

Enjoy a delicious dinner with well-prepared lake fish dishes.
The restaurant is practically on the lakeside near the Peschiera Maraglio ferry terminal.
For wine lovers, they also have a very varied wine list.
Reservations are recommended.

We had such a lovely night at Hostaria Milago. We were in search of some good Italian pasta as we don’t like seafood. I had seen some reviews the day before when we visited the island so decided to come over from Sulzano after a very disappointing meal the night before. The service was excellent and the meal was outstanding and good value. A very romantic night to come across at sunset and then have such a lovey meal and then catch the little boat back again. Hostaria Milago deserves more than its current stars. I’m happy to give it 5. One of the best meals we’ve had.
