Very nice, between all the Italians, we like it better than between Dutch people (I already have that at home) and delicious food. All very friendly people. We had to wait half an hour, we were told in advance, but we could wait next to the terrace at a tapas bar with a drink.

In a not too crowded Sarzana, we decided to have dinner in this hostaria, simple but well cooked food, excellent cod creamed with Tropea onion, delicious sea bream with potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Friendly and pleasant staff. It was also pleasant to have a chat with the cook. Advised. I'll come back.

The Hostaria Marcomando is located in a small side street in Sarzana. The menu is clearly laid out and appears expensive at first glance. But if you take a second look, you get a first-class salad made from leaf lettuce, carrots and two types of cherry tomatoes (€8) and hand-made ravioli with an excellently seasoned ragù. Here I would say that the portion of 15€ is definitely justified. The other dishes on the menu also impressed with their quality and justify a slightly higher price. The ambience in a small alley represents the region and makes eating on the terrace a small experience. The service staff is friendly and attentive! Recommended for those looking for authenticity and culture paired with good cuisine.

Si mangia bene in un bel locale caratteristico, in cucina ci sono delle vere resdore che preparano piatti buonissimi. Cantina ampia, prezzo giusto anche perché ci siamo magnati antipasto primo secondo dolce e passito.
Unica nota dolorosa: sono venuta anche per coccolare i cani di Marco ma non c’erano. La prossima volta verrò quando ci saranno.
