Brilliant!! Handwritten letter of the day. Very delicious and fair dishes (I had excellent squid with papines). The owner chats with everyone who arrives and is very friendly.

Peculiar restaurant 😆 It is managed directly by the couple of owners. The man sat down with us to drink wine and comment on politics. They don't have a menu as such, but rather they change and write it on a sheet of paper. Of course, the food is very good and at a good price.

Incredibly typical Hosteria. The handwritten menu is difficult to read but is explained. All 6 tables were occupied and the wine was served quickly from a small wine barrel in the middle. Primo fantastic.

This was the most eat-like-a-local experience I had thus far in Italy. The menu is handwritten in Italian by the owner, of which we could not read. However, he gladly helped us. He is positive and friendly. The restaurant is small with warm lighting. It’s very cozy. If there are open seats next to you, other customers will be seated there. A new but cool experience for us! The food is great and at very reasonable price.

Pescato di giornata, scelto con cura e cucinato in modo semplice ma benissimo. Sembra proprio una vecchia osteria, dove si mangia bene e si paga poco. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. L’ambiente ed il servizio sono adeguati al tipo di locale: fa tutto il simpatico, barbuto titolare, sufficiente per i pochi posti disponibili, ma il locale è nel bellissimo centro di Salerno e ne vale la pena di andarci. Molto frequentato dai turisti ma non fa una cucina turistica.

Osteria che ha mantenuto la caratteristica di un tempo, in tutto: Semplicità dei piatti, ambiente informale, piacere di chiacchierare tra i vari tavoli e soprattutto bontà del cibo. Il titolare molto simpatico applica prezzi e filosofia che ormai non si trovano più. Una bellissima esperienza . Sconsigliato ai fighetti!!

09/08/2024: Stunning location, 2 steps from the temples with a view of the Greek walls. The best food I've ever eaten! From appetizers, to meat to dessert! Absolutely try the Bao and meat sushi! Very fast service even though we were in the middle of August and the place was very full. Very kind staff ready to advise you and guide you in choosing the dishes. Price absolutely adequate for the quality of the food and the top service
08/08/2024: Absolutely the best barbecue place in Paestum and the surrounding area, the stone location in the room is beautiful but eating outside right near the temple walls is truly very suggestive. Very high quality of the meat, excellent cellar, attentive and courteous service, all the ingredients that make This place is one of the best in the area. Highly recommended.
