We ordered different dishes to try, and they were all 10/10! But the king of the night was the Riso de Mar. I would go back with my eyes closed.

If you like places without too many frills with that atmosphere that is now difficult to find in today's world that feeds on sequins, this is the place for you. The dishes offered - strictly fresh fish - are really delicious; the welcome, what can I say, the host is friendly and available to give you all the explanations. The place with the style of times gone by and the elevator that takes the dishes ordered to a small room where you can sit at the wooden tables and have a chat not only with your travel companion but also with people you've never met before. We did it with the Icelandic girls on an itinerant trip to discover this beautiful country. Absolutely to try. Our sincere compliments to the chef. We can't wait to go back.

A truly unique experience, the food is delicious but you have to be prepared for what they bring you, the shopping is done on the day and what they find fresh is prepared. The fisherman's rice is highly recommended, as are the Sicilian lasagna or the anchovies. Definitely worth a try

A true old-time tavern, genuine and informal. The dishes are delicious and have the taste of home. The two innkeepers are very kind and friendly. Highly recommended if you are in Salerno.

Si quieres hacer un viaje en el tiempo de unos 100 años para experimentar lo que fue cenar en Salerno entonces este restaurante es para ti. Alessandro, el propietario de Hosterio Il Brigante, fue un gran anfitrión y las recetas eran clásicos de la región. El ambiente y la comida nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos comiendo en su casa.

If you are an anarchist at heart, you like anarchist places and anarchist people, this place is for you!
The food is excellent (small portions, but very low prices) and the environment in which you read, talk and breathe culture. ... anarchist!!
If you are not all of this, but have a spirit of adaptation that borders on the exceptional, go anyway, it will be an experience to remember... call first to book!
