With my partner, we had organized a day in Caprarola to visit Palazzo Farnese and its gardens, to end the day we had booked at the hostaria, we were welcomed into the room by two girls dressed in style, very nice, helpful and very professional, typical cuisine... true goodness, everything was excellent!!
Maurizio perfect host and kitchen, perfect girls, more than honest account taking into account the quality of the food.

Ristorante nel piccolo centro di Caprarola. Propone una cucina tipica con buoni saluti e formaggi, piatti della tradizione romana e le immancabili nocciole locali. Il punto è che tutti i piatti sono buoni ma i sapori non spiccano. Davvero notevole, invece, la bruschetta con ragù bianco di cinghiale. Pessimi i marroni bolliti come dolci e il vino della casa. Servizio veloce e cordiale. Prezzi nella media elevata turistica.

Too beautiful! The uniform of the waitresses and their professionalism, together with the very typical restaurant, create a nice atmosphere. Then the food.... very good!!!
The well in the floor, with the glass above it, is beautiful!
Pork fillet with hazelnuts... divine! All good guys!

2025 Update:
We have returned many times in recent years to the Hostaria della Rosa and have always found confirmations.
We went for lunch last Saturday, the excellent quality of the dishes, incredible Griciarola and really good Tiramisu. The service was courteous and at the right time, the owner was courteous and always available.
I highly recommend it!!

Discovered almost by chance it was a pleasant surprise. The place is welcoming, the cuisine is excellent and we were accompanied by the courtesy and passion of the owner who was always very attentive and available to our requests. We will definitely be back to try other delights.

Excellent experience. Super friendly waitresses, our little dog was welcomed with a bowl of water. Excellent food: plentiful and delicious rose platter. They bring abundant pecorino for the first courses without having to ask, fast and efficient service. At the end they also offered us a bitter! Exceptional quality/price, for sure we will come back here!
