Tutto veramente squisito, dagli antipasti locali alla carne alla brace Argentina che consiglio vivamente. Abbiamo preso un Cesanese di Olevano per innaffiare tutto e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, come sempre del resto. Un po' caro ma almeno qui assaggiate la vera cucina locale e genuina!

What can I say other than EXCELLENT! We went for lunch purely by chance. The excellent, friendly and competent service, the high quality of the products, everything is carefully prepared based on the ingredients of the day. The food is prepared before your eyes with maximum transparency. Restaurant like they no longer exist!! Everything was excellent!! Not only do I recommend it but anyone who goes to Fiuggi is obliged to try it.

At lunch with friends we enjoyed a fantastic and abundant Valencian paella, and an equally good vegetarian one. If you want to savor this delight you must book it. The appetizers with fantastic octopus in sauce are excellent. Very kind staff and very attentive to fulfilling the requests of diners. Very fresh and genuine products. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

13/12/2024: prodotti molto buoni ma non eccezionali, bella presentazione dei piatti, locale intimo. Offerta di piatti prevalentemente di pesce. Prezzi medio-alti. Comunque considerando il livello medio della ristorazione a Frosinone, sicuramente uno dei pochi in cui valga la pena di ritornare. Nel complesso mi è piaciuto.
14/07/2024: Ne avevamo sempre sentito parlare bene e ora che abbiamo provato anche noi, confermiamo decisamente il giudizio positivo. Il locale, non molto grande ma con tavoli ben distanziati, è accogliente e pulito. Il personale, gentile e premuroso, ci ha immediatamente messo a nostro agio. Il menù e il fuori- menù sono subito apparsi molto appetitosi. E anche il nostro palato ha confermato la genuinità e l'alto livello della materia prima. Ottimo e fantasioso l'impiattamento . D'altronde " la digestione comincia dagli occhi"...Anche il conto finale si è mostrato onesto ed equilibrato. Molto consigliato
