We stumbled upon it by chance.... The place is tiny and from what we were told, reservations are required... maybe yesterday was our lucky day. It's a tiny place where you can feel the atmosphere of times gone by, the staff is beyond polite and professional, the waiters are two excellent guys, and the food... well, it exceeded all my expectations. The appetizer was delicious and plentiful, with so many tastings, each one better than the last, the pan-fried potatoes were delicious, but the meat was truly wonderful... Congratulations!

Semplicemente impeccabile....ci fermiamo in questa hosteria molto caratteristica in un angolo incantevole di Fiuggi....antipasto da applauso.... buonissimo e variegato....primi da chef stellati.....carne a km zero del territorio eccellente....insomma altissima qualità....ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
