We can't bring ourselves to accept the €40 lunch on August 15, 2025. It's an exorbitant price for a bare-bones portion and poor quality, with potatoes in their skins and wine on tap. What Caritas offered to the poor is much better.

We organized a surprise party for my 86-year-old father. Even though they were packed due to the large influx of people for the Montoso Resistance Festival, they found us a nice table and served us attentively. The food was excellent.

Gentili feels like being at home

I met this inn a month ago, for a simple sip of genepy..yesterday I went back for lunch with friends..good food, right from the mountains, XL portions, kind staff and owners and fast service.. I recommend it

Dopo quasi 40 anni a Montoso decidiamo di mangiare la pizza da loro. Naturalmente abbiamo prenotato la mattina. Pizza molta buona, anche la birra ed il dolce. Ambiente semplice molto “montano”. L’unica pecca, ma poca roba, un po’ di attesa per prendere le ordinazioni. Gli altri avventori hanno ordinato fritto misto, spezzatino e sembrava tutto buonissimo. Bisogna prenotare perché il paese è piccolo e anche loro devono potersi organizzare. Ci tornerò per il fritto .
