A welcoming restaurant. Local cuisine made with quality ingredients. Attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful atmosphere.

We ate well. I would have given the food a higher rating, but the service wasn't very nice. It really left us feeling disappointed. The waiter, tall, dark, rude, didn't want us to order a side dish at 9:45 because the kitchen closed at 10, and he kept asking us...I want to know what time it is! Buy a watch... Then we'll go pay. We'd like to pay. Answer: you have to pay! If he thought he was being nice, we're definitely not there. Another unpleasant note is the strong smell of food in the dining room, which lingers.

Very good traditional Venetian cuisine, very friendly service, unique atmosphere with jazz music in the evenings. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

Welcoming atmosphere... it's what you'd expect from an osteria... the dishes are authentic, delicious, and homemade. The staff is kind and welcoming. I recommend it.

We ate at this restaurant the day after Christmas, before starting a short vacation in Montegrotto. The atmosphere was nice and quite welcoming, aside from the J-pop music. The simple menu featured traditional Venetian dishes, which is why we chose it. We ordered the Bigoli in salsa, which featured a few pieces of onion with an anchovy on top—I emphasize an anchovy. The rest of the pasta was plain pasta, and it didn't look anything like the photos I'd seen in reviews. The spaghetti with creamed cod, however, was good. For our second course, we had Vicenza-style cod with polenta. The cod was good, but it lacked a little oil during cooking. The polenta was completely unsalted, which took away the flavor of the cod. Dessert was okay. For the price, we could have done a little better.

Quaint and welcoming, this restaurant in Montegrotto will win you over with its delicious food and friendly staff. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Reservations are highly recommended. Ample parking is available nearby.

I had a divine dinner; everything was truly delicious, combining old traditions with a desire for something new. The service was also excellent, with very friendly, cheerful, and joking staff. If you really had to find a flaw, I would have warmed up the place a bit more. 🔝👏👏👏
