I had dinner at Hostaria Dai Bastardi and had a truly excellent experience. The restaurant is elegant and refined, with soft background music and dim lighting. This is precisely why I was struck by the tone of the menu, which includes phrases like: "Don't ask for the rib eye steak well done, we won't make it for you." "Don't ask for lemon on the meat, we won't give it to you." A direct and ironic approach, which may seem at odds with the setting, but actually conveys personality and confidence in their cuisine. The service was impeccable: well-trained waiters, capable of offering expert advice and never intrusive. The tartare was delicious, and I say this as someone who doesn't particularly like raw meat. The fillet and rib eye steak were delicious, incredibly tender, and melted in the mouth. I would return without hesitation!

We booked for three, and it was our first time dining here. Friends told us the food was good. We can confirm everything: from the welcome to the service, and especially the good quality of the meat. We'll definitely be back! 👍

Never disappoints. The new restaurant is beautiful, bright, and has lovely spaces both inside and out. The staff, as always, is very kind and attentive to the customer's needs. The food is top-notch; if you want to eat meat prepared properly, you have to come here. We've been going here for years, and we travel from the province of Vicenza. It's an hour's drive, but it doesn't bother us at all, because we know that by the end of the meal, everyone is more than satisfied.

We returned for Christmas lunch, and everything was just as delicious as every year. The location has changed, but it's still welcoming, the venue has changed and is even more beautiful, and the parking lot is larger and more spacious. The staff are always smiling and professional, and the food is excellent! Highly recommended! If you like tartare and medium-rare meat, this is the perfect place!

The real highlight (the "top" as you called it) is undoubtedly the meat. Spectacular quality and expertly cooked. It was some of the best meat I've ever eaten, a true pleasure. * Value for Money: Despite the high quality offered, the prices were fair and in line with what was offered.
