At other restaurants, you are asked to choose a table outside or inside, but not here. We were seated among the Japanese. There were Japanese people inside the restaurant, so I guess it must have been in a book. I had eaten too much at Eataly at lunchtime, so I wanted something light, but I also wanted to try kharciofi, so I chose this restaurant near this hotel. I had calamari and kharciofi, but both were cut, so it was different from what I expected, but it was delicious. The fried zucchini flowers were better than the ones I had at a Neapolitan restaurant in Tokyo. And the seafood pasta. I asked them to change the side plate, but they wouldn't even look me in the eye. I gave up and ate the same plate with the flavors mixed together, but that would never happen in Japan. We were talking about having dessert, but we stopped. It took a really long time from there to the bill. We waited, saying that if they had moved us out, they could have made room for the next person. There was a nice old man who was calling out to customers, and he was the only one who said thank you when we left. It was cold outside at night, so the heating was on at the restaurant next door.

We went with some colleagues for a business dinner.
Nice atmosphere and kind owner.
We ordered seafood appetizers and fish in a salt crust.
However, the waiting time between courses was really long and the service was not sufficiently coordinated so some courses arrived staggered in time between the various diners as well as the dishes with side dishes.
The quality of the food was within the norm.
Some colleagues ordered fresh seafood, which I did not eat, but to my eye they did not appear so fresh, especially the oysters appeared "dry" as if they had already been opened for some time.
The fish in a crust was served to us already portioned on the plates while normally it is presented to you whole and then portioned on the plates.
The price/quality ratio was a little above average.

Went there for dinner with work colleagues. a great family restaurant atmosphere. very attentive to food quality and presentation. I had the seafood pasta, one had seafood risotto, the other had carbonara. all were great!

We are in via Castelfidardo, near via XX Settembre. "Historical" place serving Roman cuisine. I ate excellent Roman-style artichokes and well-made grouper tagliolini with quality ingredients. Old-time service with Mr. Vincenzo who passes between the tables to ask the customers' opinions. A little old but it's pleasant for that very reason: Recommended!
