A simply extraordinary dinner. From the first slice of tosone to the last spoonful of zabaglione, there wasn't a single dish that was anything less than moving. Ivan and his wife are brilliant in the kitchen and impeccable in the dining room. One of those places worth returning to with at least a table of six, to rotate and enjoy as many dishes as possible.

I can't give less than 5 stars. We had lunch on Sunday, August 31, 2025, and I must say, without exaggeration, that it was one of the best meals I've ever had. The paccheri with peppers and anchovies were delicious, the raw meat with sauces exquisite, and the dessert was top-notch. We drank some very good wine at a very reasonable price. TOP value. I'll be back at the first opportunity.

Tutto ottimo a partire dal culatello supremo nella consistenza della carne, dal colore perfetto, dal profumo che inebria, pulito servito in maniera perfetta su un piatto Ginori. Nell’area tipica in tanti si vantano di proporre ottimi culatelli la qualità servita da Ivan e: SUPREMA. Ottime le lasagnette ai tre ragù. Ottimi i secondi da provare punta al forno e guancialino. Buoni i dolci se proprio vogliamo darei suggerimenti vale la pena dare un po’ di sprint allo zabaglione servito con la sbrisolona che e’ ottima, un po’ di rum e/o di cognac e l’imperfezione e’ superata. Lista dei vini da grande ristorante. Prezzo pagato, giusto, corretto per i cibi degustati e per i tempi di attesa e per il servizio professionale, attento e puntuale. Cos’altro dire: grazie Ivan sei unico.
