26/11/2024: You can't say anything about food. Not even the environment. The service on the other hand... As soon as we arrived (we were 4 women in Venice for work) we realized that they had never heard of sympathy/empathy towards the customer. To say just one thing: they made a fuss for asking for two separate accounts. From the series "you had to tell us at the time of booking, we don't know if it can be done because even if there were 4 of you you were at the same table, so there is a bill per table"... Finally: you can be grateful that today there is no there are so many people otherwise we wouldn't have given you two separate bills.. To leave without paying, really. Apart from the fact that if everyone wants an account you have to do it, but these exits are neither in heaven nor on earth. Would I go there again? Maybe not!
