Very well maintained place and excellent service. The food is excellent and well presented. Although the appearance of the place is very refined, the prices are low. 8 of us had 2 starters, 8 first courses, 4 waters and various coffees and we only spent €24 each. Everything perfect, we also thank the very nice owner

Happened by chance on a Sunday in August.
Particular environment, housed in an old oil mill underground. Furnished out of context, but it fits. To give a different note.
The menu is also different. It is a restaurant, not a tavern. Short menu, and I like this: I'm always wary of endless cards. Equally divided between meat and fish. This too, if we want, out of context.
World championship cheek. Excellent cut of sirloin (not rear, as often happens). The first is interesting: tortelli, or sweets, with taleggio cheese on carrot cream.
The conversation with the chef was pleasant.

I had dinner two nights ago and I have to say that there wasn't a dish that left me time for criticism. Everything was delicious, from the wine to the fish. I ate a tuna fillet that was as good as it was in my life. Very nice staff, from the waiter to the owner Davide. All super and special and super fantastic place. We will be back on our next trip. Very nice and particular environment, room with vaulted ceilings and the outdoor area is also very nice and well-kept.
The friendly service, available to give you advice on both dishes and wines.
The good dishes, with fresh, refined products and carefully presented.
We tried both the seafood and fish dishes (I recommend trying the cheek on a bed of potato cream).
The desserts are also delicious...
The place is perfect for special occasions (anniversaries/birthdays) and for a candlelit dinner.
You will not regret it!

Given that when I travel I try to have it on the road for lunch or dinner time.
Meat is meat, the kind that when you pay you appreciate it and keep quiet because it is more than honest.
