My first time there last night was for a birthday. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming from the moment I entered, and the cleanliness and rustic elegance inside were simply wonderful! The staff, whose kindness and courtesy have become almost rare, are always smiling and helpful. Dinner? A riot of flavors! Everything was so good; I haven't had such delicious and crispy guanciale since my last time in Rome. The fried seafood, without a drizzle of oil, was incredibly flavorful and top-quality! The owner, Davide, came to entertain us at the end of the evening and is a truly charming person! What can I say? 10 out of 10! If there were 10 stars, I would have given them all. Highly recommended!

It may have an 'H' in front of the name, but don't think you're in an osteria. Step inside and you'll find yourself surrounded by stone, a small, welcoming dining room, and truly delicious Tuscan specialties. The low-temperature cheek is excellent.

On our way back from Rome, we stopped here. Luckily, the restaurants we'd seen nearby were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta. Very attentive service, from the table linens to the table settings. Fair prices for the quality of the products. Compliments, truly excellent. And thank you. This restaurant stands out from the others in the area. On our way back from Rome, we stopped here—and fortunately, the other nearby restaurants were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta, perfect service, and very fair prices considering the high quality of the ingredients. Truly outstanding—compliments to the team and thank you! This restaurant really stands out from the others in the area. We will definitely come back.

I already knew this restaurant; I've been there several times and always had a great experience. It had been a while since I'd been back, but I found the quality of the food, attentive service, and ambiance I'd come to expect. A delightful place where it's always nice to return. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

30/10/2025: Fiorentina is always Fiorentina. Mine may not have been exceptional, but it was excellent nonetheless. The wait was a bit long, but the venue was spectacular. The house wine was excellent. A very positive note: they don't have cell phone reception. Divine. Best regards, the guardian cat. See you soon.

23/03/2026: They open at 19:00 on Monday. Without a reservation, we arrived at 18:45 and were ahead of two groups (one with a reservation, one without). We managed to snag one of the last two tables for four. Because our order didn't include an appetizer or first course, the wait for our food was quite long. (The waiter seemed very nervous, as the table was practically empty except for wine and bread...) The vinegar served with the bread was delicious. Overall, the meal was good (but we didn't order the T-bone steak, as it was too big, although the sliced ​​beef was the best I had in Italy this time). Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong thing – the large asparagus. (I saw others with huge asparagus). Speaking of which, upon entering, the waiters and manager seemed very serious and had sour faces. After sitting for a while, I realized that Italians are like that; you have to spend a little time with them before they'll show you a lot of different expressions. Even if your English is terrible, it's okay; they're actually very nice and will patiently ask you questions.
23/03/2026: Went here with my husband when we visited Florence. Best food, service and overall experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I can’t recommend this place enough!
