Siamo andati per mangiare il maialino alla sarda. Il proprietario Giulio ci ha portato degli affettati ottimi che comprendevano lardo, guanciale e prosciutto crudo tutti di grande qualità. Poi siamo passati ai ravioli sardi di produzione propria e anche questi erano ottimi. Poi è arrivato il maialino e questo era eccezionale, con la cotenna croccante e la carne morbidissima. Difficile trovare a Torino la carne così delicata e per niente asciutta. Per chiudere una mousse al cioccolato con peperoncino.
