Let's put 5 stars although it deserves more! The atmosphere is really cosy and warm, perfect for a romantic diner. The food is really good with tasty products. And above all, the staff is extremely professional and friendly, making the overall experience amazing. Merci à vous !

Very pleasant atmosphere. Top waiters including a customer who refused 4 bottles of wine before leaving the restaurant!!! What professionalism! The dishes are delicious and the wines too. We had a very good evening.

Hostaria Bacanera is located in an authentic corner of Venice where it is possible to spend peaceful time savoring revisited dishes of the Venetian tradition and beyond. The attentive, courteous and non-invasive service offers an additional pampering that makes you feel special for a few hours. Fresh fish allows for variations on the menu which reserve pleasant surprises for the palate. Personally, I recommend the tasting proposals to be able to sample all the imagination that the chef has in store for you that day. Feel good!

This was a lucky find on my recent Venice trip and I celebrated my birthday at this little gem of a place. The food and staff were all excellent, the service attentive and the atmosphere private in the hidden square under the trees. It was my favorite place in Venice.
