Authentic local cuisine, and great wine pairing suggestions.
We enjoyed every single dish: from the amuse-bouche, till the cheese board.
Exceptional! For me the best in Udine and among the best I've tried. This was the second time and the very high level of quality and flavor was confirmed. There is the best of Friulian, from research, to the richness of the offer, to the attention to the customer and the satisfaction of taste. Super welcoming environment with characteristic furnishings. Super dishes: we took three different menus from the traditional to the more summery and vegan one. Excellent cellar. A party! Price in line and ultra correct. Top!

We incidentally came a day earlier than we reserved with a party of 7. Nonetheless they made the effort to receive us and we had an amazing evening! The food was beautiful and very tasteful, a very creative menu and also had fantastic options for vegetarians and vegans. A beautiful wine list for very reasonable prices and very friendly staff. I usually don’t do reviews but this place deserves it. The restaurant has a relaxing vibe with soul. If you are in Udine and a foodie don’t miss this place!!!

Davvero ottimo questo ristorante nel centro di Udine. Ambiente caldo e confortevole, personale accattivante e professionale, con specialità tipiche della cucina friulana.
Un prosciutto affumicato di Cormons , azienda D’Osvaldo,davvero sorprendente, assolutamente ineguagliabile.
Formaggio Frico, portato su un tagliere di legno, quanto mai gustoso.
Per secondo, fra l’altro, coniglio oppure tagliata di pollo, entrambi eccezionali.
I vini locali, ovviamente, difficili da superare: in particolare, se si prende la carne, lo schioppetto.
Il tutto a meno di 50 € a persona, e ne vale assolutamente la pena.
Sicuramente da consigliare, senza timore di smentite.
In una parola, ottimo.

If you do not want to spend a lot of money to get Michelin 2* at Agli Amici dal 1887, this place will offer you exquisite food and very good service.
Everything we tried was first rate in taste, preparation and presentation. We chose to have several Friuli wines by the glass to complement each course.
Highly recommended.
