We went to Hosteria La Tavernetta to celebrate my mother's birthday, having dinner with my husband and father, and it was a truly wonderful experience. My mother still talks to me about their Jewish-style artichokes with egg sauce and caramelized ginger, simply delicious, and their vegan Jewish-style artichokes with dates and passion fruit: a surprising and refined combination. The restaurant offers well-structured menus, with a focus on vegetarian and vegan options, crafted with the same quality and creativity as their traditional dishes. The quantities are excellent, the quality of the ingredients excellent, and the presentation of the dishes elegant and meticulous. A special thanks goes to the staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and thoughtful: we all greatly appreciated the welcome and attention they gave, especially on my mother's birthday, when she felt truly pampered. A special evening in a place that combines taste, innovation, and great humanity. We will definitely return. One last note that is very important to me and reflects helpfulness and humanity: the place is dog-friendly.

A beautiful little restaurant in the heart of Udine, with exceptional service and unwavering customer service. Delicious food, an excellent wine selection, and a welcoming, intimate atmosphere (there were six of us and we had a small room to ourselves). Special mention goes to the maître d', who advised us on our dishes and prepared a delicious tagliolini with white truffle right before our eyes.
