I had my graduation party here (22 people), the food was good and the portions more than satisfying. Overall, a very positive experience.

While searching for a venue to celebrate our wedding, we came across Hostaria Acquanera through a specialized website. It was love at first sight, given the speed and professionalism with which they organized the menu tasting. Once we had that, we had no need to look at other venues; we chose them immediately. The location is truly magical and lends itself perfectly both internally and externally to this type of event. The professionalism of the entire staff is undeniable, and the evening ran smoothly, thanks in large part to them, who attentively assisted us from start to finish. What can I say about the cuisine, except that everything was excellent and meticulously prepared, from the appetizers to the wedding cake. Special mention goes to manager Gaetano, who guided us through every stage of the organization with professionalism and courtesy. In short, if it weren't for the fact that people usually only get married once, I'd say we'd repeat the experience. We tried the restaurant as regular diners with the à la carte menu, and we've become loyal customers.

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, generous portions, some dishes, the tripe is a mega dish but a taste even if it's good. Very fresh and good cold cuts, a ten! But come February 3rd next year, the tripe will be more abundant!

It was a business lunch, one of those moments when professional necessity wrenches us from our daily routine, and I found myself walking down a tree-lined avenue so narrow it seemed to embrace me, guard me, lead me by the hand toward a revelation. At the end of the avenue, a courtyard appeared. The parking lot to the left, the large outdoor fireplace promising summer barbecues, the rustic interior of the restaurant: every detail contributed to creating an atmosphere that dissolved the formalities of work, transforming obligation into pleasure. And then they arrived: pumpkin gnocchi with Castelmagno sauce. At the first bite, however, something became apparent – ​​a subtle, barely perceptible dissonance, like when a note in a concert isn't... To my taste, I would tweak the dish, especially the Castelmagno sauce. To align it with my tastes, with that Cuneo sensibility that is imprinted on my palate like an indelible mark. The service was impeccable. As I returned to my professional commitments, I carried with me the memory of a successful lunch!!!

Lovely place and delicious food. I recommend the excellent risotto with osso buco, even though rice isn't my favorite dish.
