Small and very welcoming place located in the town square. Friendliness, quality and attention to the customer throughout the service distinguish them. We spent a very pleasant evening and felt truly pampered! Excellent dishes (also traditional from Abruzzo) characterized by the quality and freshness of the raw materials offered, especially the meat is truly special. Highly recommended!

Di ritorno dall’Abruzzo per il rientro a Roma ci siamo fermati ad Arsoli ed abbiamo pranzato in questo locale. Cameriera molto gentile e disponibile, cordialità, ottima cucina buoni i primi e gli arrosticini, salumi e formaggi Top. Complimenti allo staff grazie

Classic village hostaria with genuine dishes of certain quality. The selection of wines is surprising to say the least, few but good. The idea of ​​offering real Abruzzo kebabs is worthy of applause. I recommend everyone to stop here if you are in the area.

Visita ad Arsoli, pittoresco borgo non lontano da Roma, optiamo di fermarci a pranzo all'Hostaria. Una piacevole scoperta, abbiamo assaggiato un po di tutto, dall'antipasto al dolce. Ottima qualità dei prodotti, pasta fatta in casa, avrei preferito trovare anche un dolce casereccio. Prezzi "cittadini' però la qualità si paga! Consigliato!!

Only a few internal tables but a nice outdoor area. Soft background music and neat table linens create a nice atmosphere. As an appetizer we took the fried borage leaves (good batter but still a little too greasy) and the pasta cace e ove (the best I've eaten so far). The kebabs are also excellent. Perfect service. Fair prices.

28/07/2024: I tried this restaurant today for lunch on the recommendation of a lady from the area. Everything is truly excellent and special starting from the starters. We ordered 2 cuts of excellent quality meat, cooked to perfection as we asked. Very rich wine list, with prices for everyone and very honest and lower mark-ups compared to other restaurants. Super organized staff and owner attentive to every detail. Well-kept environment. At the end, sweets and limoncello were kindly offered. I will come back for sure. Compliments!
28/07/2024: Excellent and I would say particular dishes, not the usual menu. We had the house appetizer, a first course ending with excellent biscuits, made by them. We didn't go for meat, because the first courses were plentiful. The parking is large and free of charge. The place is very welcoming and the waiters are polite and always discreet and smiling. A truly pleasant environment! I think we will return, perhaps to taste the pizza

21/08/2024: Excellent service and good pizza at a low price
17/08/2024: We waited 40 minutes for a table, extreme busy and packed. However, packed by Romans and locals might I add! Not tourists. Our sever in the green shirt was amazing, spoke very good English and complimented my nationality and Italian. Food was amazing for the price we paid, cheapest pizza I've seen in Italy. Starters were amazing and Pizza was high quality. After a litre of wine, two pizzas and three apertisers bill was only 33 euro! Told server to round up to 38 because he was amazing. I recommend fully, please wait in line because I haven't had service and pizza like this before!
