We stopped here for lunch and wasnt disappointed. The owner spoke English and walked us through the menu. Great food and nice vibes in sleepy Arsoli.

I was at Hostaria 36 and was very impressed! This restaurant is a true gem in the heart of Arsoli. The dishes are carefully prepared and presented, the ingredients are high-quality, and the flavors are balanced. • Food: The arrosticini are a true delight, among the best I've ever eaten, hand-cut and cooked to perfection. The first courses are very good. • Service: The staff is kind, attentive, and helpful without being intrusive. • Atmosphere: The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The prices are perhaps a little high, but the products are of high quality. I highly recommend it!

I could never have imagined that, in a little-known village like Arsoli, there could be such a high-quality restaurant. You get a sense of what awaits you right away, when you're greeted with such kindness in the restaurant. It's small but meticulously maintained, and you're enveloped in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Immediately after, you peruse the menu and are astonished to find, in addition to a vast selection of wines, rare traditional dishes, along with some truly special treats, unavailable in most restaurants, like battered borage and hand-whipped ragù... Then the dishes arrive... And from that moment on, all the love, passion, and sophistication you'd immediately sensed are evident in every bite, in the food served. In my opinion, it's a must to try the arrosticini, which the masterful chef personally sources from Abruzzo: they are definitely the best I've ever eaten!!!

On November 2nd, we wanted to take a trip out of town, but the first thing I chose was this restaurant! So first we had lunch and then visited Arsoli! The appetizer of special cured meats and cheeses, but the meatballs were something exceptional, delicious gnocchi, arrosticini, ditto, a cellar with many labels! I was very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and commitment of the two young people. I don't know if they were the owners, I only know that the blonde girl with blue eyes, a wonderful smile, and a bright face, despite having given birth 3 months ago, was there with commitment and dedication to work! For this reason, it is truly highly recommended because there are few people like this who are so talented and deserve to be rewarded! And I assure you, it is really worth it!
