A wonderful discovery.
We came across this little town by chance and stopped to eat.
Never been luckier with the choice on the fork.
Small place, attentive and friendly owner. He pampered us and admirably recommended the wines to match. Refined wine cellar.
I recommend it to anyone who wants excellent quality food.

I can allow myself to say that I found a lot of kindness, kindness and service much appreciated. The food was of excellent quality and cooked very well, we will certainly return with friends. We were very happy but it was a shame that the Arsoli castle was under restoration!

Yesterday we had lunch with my mother in this very pleasant place that had been recommended to us. The tidy and clean room immediately catches the eye.
The scent of truffles, upon entering the external room, closed and heated, immediately guided us in consulting the menu.
As first courses, the truffle tagliatelle and the braised ravioli with truffle and porcini mushrooms were really of a good standard. Following among the second courses, the choice of black Angus skewers was really spot on... perfect cooking, just medium +, combined with Himalayan pink salt and Sicilian oil that respects the top quality of the meat. The right Knife (with a capital C) is up to the task.
The side dishes, turnip tops and grilled porcini mushrooms, also well prepared and well served. The selection of wines by the glass is appropriate and the choice is right.
We finished with grandma's cake, simple but impeccable served just warm and two good quality coffees in a 'tactical' cup!
We were very satisfied with the attentive service received, the quality of the ingredients and the preparation of the dishes.
When the profession comes out in a place that has been open for more than 15 years on site and the manager's long experience supports every observation with pleasant comparison, that good taste in the mouth and the pleasure in remembering it remains even more. Congratulations to Daniele and his staff, despite a very small and unforgivable setback at the beginning. Fair prices for the context as a whole. Keep it up.. see you soon!
