On November 2nd, we wanted to take a trip out of town, but the first thing I chose was this restaurant! So first we had lunch and then visited Arsoli! The appetizer of special cured meats and cheeses, but the meatballs were something exceptional, delicious gnocchi, arrosticini, ditto, a cellar with many labels! I was very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and commitment of the two young people. I don't know if they were the owners, I only know that the blonde girl with blue eyes, a wonderful smile, and a bright face, despite having given birth 3 months ago, was there with commitment and dedication to work! For this reason, it is truly highly recommended because there are few people like this who are so talented and deserve to be rewarded! And I assure you, it is really worth it!

The portions were just right, allowing you to try the other items on the menu. The value for money was more than fair. I recommend it to anyone passing through the Arsoli and Subiaco areas.

Located in Arsoli, a small village nestled in the Simbruini Mountains. Excellent ingredients, excellent grilled meat, pork shank with porcini mushrooms and blueberry sauce, delicious, perhaps not even eaten like this in Trentino. Excellent appetizers. Very kind and welcoming staff. Congratulations, we will definitely be back.
