Pub with qualified and friendly staff. Excellent burgers and draft beer, not to mention the jacket fries with bacon. Highly recommended!

The meat is good and well-cooked. I find it inelegant to brag about your skills for 30 minutes, and I always find it inelegant to call a customer who orders prime cuts good and someone who orders "basic" cuts a bit of a loser. A good customer communication course is in order.

We visited Hops, a meat restaurant, and were immediately greeted warmly by both the owner and the waitress, both kind and helpful. They carefully explained all the dishes on the menu and, appreciably, the condition of the meat offered. We were clearly told that the type of meat available hadn't yet completed the normal aging process and should have been kept fresh longer. Even though we knew they weren't offering meat at its peak, it was still available on the menu. My husband and daughter found the meat to be decent, while I was personally a bit disappointed, especially considering the price we paid. The selection is certainly wide, with many types of meat to choose from, and that's a plus for the restaurant. However, if the owner is aware that they don't have meat at the right maturation or temperature, I think they shouldn't offer it anyway, especially considering the location of the restaurant. Overall, I'd recommend it, but personally, I don't think I'd return.

Excellent quality meats at a reasonable price. Excellent service with attentive and friendly staff. The owner is incredibly kind and a wealth of knowledge about meats. Highly recommended!

Everything is enhanced by a pleasant touch of humor and charm, measured and intelligent, which contributes to a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is the true protagonist: delicate and balanced dishes, crafted around noble, top-quality ingredients. Each course is enhanced by excellent, refined, and harmonious plating, pleasing the eye even before the palate. Also worthy of special mention is the extensive and carefully curated wine cellar, packed with prestigious labels and interesting discoveries, designed to expertly and sensitively complement the dishes, offering pairings worthy of the gastronomic offerings. Overall, a wonderful culinary experience, where the view, service, cuisine, and wine cellar interact in perfect harmony. A lunch that leaves a lasting impression and one I can only recommend to anyone seeking quality, elegance, and a true passion for hospitality.

11/01/2026: We had lunch at the restaurant yesterday. What can I say, a fantastic experience! The food was excellent. We chose the tasting menu to be guided by the chef, and the result exceeded our expectations, starting with the first appetizer, the shrimp tartare, which was an explosion of flavors! The service was also excellent, with Domenico and Caterina taking care of us and making us feel at home at all times.
09/12/2025: This was my first time eating at this place and I loved it! I don't usually eat fish, but I really enjoyed how it was cooked, and the service was excellent throughout—very professional. The place is lovely and cozy, with a great atmosphere.
