The passion of the owner and the professionalism of the staff distinguish this place where you can eat excellent quality meat.
I also recommend the appetizers and dessert, here at hops you can't go wrong, this is also thanks to the careful selection of each ingredient which is of the highest quality. It certainly stands out from the crowd and makes you want to come back. Well done!

I was invited to try the meat at this restaurant. The owner is in the dining room, with three girls who take care of the orders and manage the tables while in the kitchen the lady is at the grills.
The order:
Tartare with fried egg yolk with a soft centre, well-measured mayonnaise and cream cheese as an accompaniment.
Wagyu cooked very well, served with an accompanying salad to be salted like the meat.
Good tiramisu.

As customers of the restaurant I can only confirm the excellence of the meat! Truly of extraordinary quality!!! Dinner for couples with meat tartar appetizer with homemade blueberry and garlic sauces!!! Excellent! Excellent steak with baked potatoes!!! Super super super!!! I absolutely recommend!

We are all speechless, the best meat dinner ever, the place is flawless in nothing, super friendly waiters, Peppe the owner is super knowledgeable about meat, he gave us a myriad of information that we didn't have, he is practically a university of meat, end of dinner with Marisa's desserts, to faint, we will return whenever possible, prices not excessive considering the quality of everything, congratulations, super recommended.

It is certainly a restaurant dedicated to meat lovers. The dishes he prepares are definitely for "carnivores", with the preparation of truly exciting cuts or steaks. The materials used are top quality, and are prepared with care and professionalism. Located in the historic center of Vibo, in the Santo Spirito area, taking into account the dishes on the menu, the prices are adequate, albeit quite high: there is a balance between the quality offered and the prices.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you like meat this is the place. They do meat and do it right. Fantastic taste and perfectly prepared.

Filete muy sabroso. El hombre que dirigía el restaurante era muy informativo sobre el filete que solo hablaba una pequeña cantidad de inglés, pero logramos transmitir lo que queríamos. La comida era muy sabrosa, una de las mejores salsas de pimienta en grano que he comido (de las cuales había habido muchas. El filete estaba tan tierno y sabroso. Estaba un poco en el lado caro, pero sin duda vale la pena (nótese que también elegimos ir por un filete caro, había opciones más asequibles). ¡Gracias!

Very welcoming modern place in the historic center of Vibo. Perfect for a cocktail or aperitif with a group of friends, I recommend it for an evening out of the ordinary and to break the mold of everyday life. It is located in the historic center area. Definitely worth going, an obligatory stop for a quiet evening in a trendy place in step with the times. Oh yeah!!

Sono andata in questo locale insieme a mia figlia per passare una serata diversa... Conoscevo questo locale per la bellissima reputazione che ha da sempre... Appena arrivate siamo state accolte dal proprietario una persona molto gentile, che ci ha raccontato che tipo di carne avremmo mangiato e quali procedure applica in modo da servire ai propri clienti delle carni speciali. Contestualmente alla bistecca tagliata come in foto allegata ci hanno portato una piastra in ghisa con la quale eventualmente completare la cottura al nostro piacimento. Non posso che scrivere che ho davvero mangiato la bistecca più buona che abbia mai assaggiato, accompagnata da degli antipasti casarecci favolosi, la ragazza che ci ha servito ai tavoli anche lei molto socievole e gentile e il locale è davvero carino e accogliente... In più un menù del genere ( Menù degli amici 2.0) in altri posti avrebbe un prezzo quasi raddoppiato quindi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Una bellissima serata...vi consiglio di passarci non resterete delusi!!
