This restaurant was truly a fantastic experience! I arrived at Viva Valentia just two days ago, and I dined here for the first time yesterday. I was so impressed with the meat that I returned again this evening. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service very friendly, and the ambiance pleasant. The steak is definitely the highlight: excellent quality, tender, and juicy. Even the rare cuts near the bone were delicious, without any unpleasant aftertaste. We even cleaned every last bit off the bone: a sign of how good it was! For them, this type of beef is quite ordinary and not considered expensive; it's just that for me, having not had many opportunities to eat this type of meat, which I consider a bit more "upscale," the price can seem high. In China, I usually eat mostly chicken, simple dishes, or marinated meat, which aren't very expensive. Maybe it's just a cultural difference. In any case, while the price isn't cheap, the quality is absolutely top-notch. If you love meat, this place is not to be missed! 😋😋🥰🥰

“Hops non è solo un ristorante… è il mio punto di riferimento quando ho voglia di carne come si deve! Qui la bistecca non si taglia, si accarezza da quanto è tenera 😋. E poi c’è Giuseppe: preparatissimo, sempre pronto a fare due chiacchiere e a consigliarti il taglio giusto… praticamente il ‘re della griglia’! Foto insieme obbligatoria, perché certe serate vanno ricordate. Tornerò finché non finisco il menù… e poi ricomincio!”

È stato tutto buonissimo, a partire dal fritto fino ai panini, molto accogliente, il personale si preoccupa di ogni esigenza o dell'andamento della serata, consiglio a tutti.
