I returned to this place after several years. The traditional dishes are all very good, and the craft beer is exceptional. A lovely atmosphere in an old building in the center. It's always best to reserve, especially if you're in a group.

For me, it's an excellent pub in the centre of Bolzano. Good beer and tasty dishes. I recommend it. I really liked the goulash.

A very characteristic restaurant in the city center, offering a good selection of local cuisine. Fast service with staff in traditional costumes. A touristy establishment, the quality of the food is beyond the high standards of the area.

Even though it’s a touristy place, the food was way above expectations! The freshly brewed beer was fantastic, the sausages with sauerkraut had just the right balance, and the cranberry sauce with the schnitzel was absolutely unforgettable. We sat outside, enjoyed the atmosphere, and my family couldn’t have been happier with our lunch.

Siamo stati a cena nel weekend del ponte del 1 maggio e ci hanno garantito la prenotazione con un solo giorno di anticipo. Personale educato e disponibile. Piatti tipici buoni e porzioni normali. Qualità prezzo nella norma. Birre ottime !

Un locale tipico che è molto più di un semplice pub! L’atmosfera accogliente e l’attenzione ai dettagli rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. La birra prodotta direttamente da loro è una vera chicca, perfetta per accompagnare i piatti del menu. Tutte le portate che abbiamo provato erano eccellenti, ma un plauso speciale va al gulasch: saporito, ben equilibrato e semplicemente irresistibile.

22/09/2025: Excellent food and friendly, professional service. We shared an appetizer between four of us (very good cold cuts and cheeses) and then had pork shank (delicious) and dumplings. A very positive experience, even the bread was excellent!!! The bill was reasonable and affordable (€30 per person). Recommended if you're in the area.
20/09/2025: Every time we pass through Bolzano, a stop here is a must. We discovered it by accident because other places were full, and it's been our go-to place ever since.
