Chinese restaurant that offers excellent traditional dishes that are not Italianized.

A reliable source told me that it is one of the best authentic Chinese restaurants he has ever been to, even better than many of the best restaurants he has been to in China. I have to say that I was surprised above all by the simplicity and how healthy each recipe was, with very interesting ingredients. The broccoli, the eggplant, the rice with shrimp and mushrooms, the grilled ravioli were delicious. Highly recommended.
