Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Given the great incivility of customers, I recommend placing ashtrays outside the entrance because it is a carpet of cigarette butts. Otherwise recommended!

I went to Hong Kong 1 with an all you can eat menu. The place is very nice and welcoming, furthermore the staff immediately came over to clean the table and bring us the menu. The menu is very rich and has many options including uramaki, first courses, second courses, etc. However, I would like to say that unfortunately the quality/price ratio is not optimal, for 2 people, on a Saturday evening, we spent €30 each for very small portions and quality that was neither too low nor too high. I can say, having also been to sushi places in the south by the sea, that the quality is not worth the price we paid. Overall I had a nice warm evening on a rainy day, so the experience wasn't the most unpleasant.

Decent food, service could improve, clean and well-kept environment

We usually went for lunch, but dinner was on a completely different level, truly spectacular, full of unique dishes that I had never seen and very good. The service is fantastic, waiters efficient in ordering and clearing dishes during consumption, we never had any dishes in between. Very recommended, in the evening it was fabulous, one of the best I've ever been to!!!

Excellent cuisine, fast and courteous service

It's always nice to see the staff's face when you place orders for a family of 12, other than that, all very good, fast service.
