I have been a customer of HMR for several years because I have embraced the Honda brand but it is not the only brand treated in addition to the used department. They have a very efficient commercial structure that caters to the customer. I have always used their workshop and I have always found staff attentive to my needs, competent and trained. The costs are those of a structured company but the service and the guarantee received more than justify them.

For an Africa Twin test ride I didn't have a great experience with the testing station. At least know how the suspensions were set, which was not possible (20 minutes of testing on a bike I don't know and which has a display that isn't exactly intuitive). It's a shame, the sellers are competent and helpful (the third star is for them, otherwise it would have been 2), but since I like the bike I'll go and test it elsewhere to understand better.

Great organization, top assistance, fantastic staff. I've never liked the sales department. I like the brand, the assistance and the seriousness of almost everything, I repeat the flaw is the sales department. If I hadn't gone to buy I would never have done it.

Very kind both sales and service. I had an appointment for the first service the day after I called. First service carried out in about an hour at 7.30 in the morning. Very convenient service! Update: Had the second service done, made an appointment two days before, on the day of the service I arrived a couple of hours early hoping to avoid the storm, very patiently they told me that there were no problems and they immediately proceeded to service the vehicle. servicing ok, I asked for a few little things like adjusting the accelerator and adjusting the top case and upon collection I found everything done. I would like to give a very positive review for a problem I had with the headlights of the ADV 350 which were high in the evening so much so that many of them flashed. I went to the office and a very helpful and patient boy named Michael solved the problem for me even though it wasn't easy because the adjustment was very inconvenient. Thank you!
